I called in and placed an order on my way home from work. Two pepperoni cheese breads lightly baked, I get to this location and my food was “coming out the oven” the manager proceeded to hand me my food and I asked if they added the Italian seasoning as requested and paid for. He had to add it himself so he seen how it looked. I get all the way home and notice that my food is burnt and dry! This is unacceptable and seems to be a pattern at this location which is why I stopped going. I called and made a complaint and was told that I would have to drive all the way back to drop off the pizza in order to receive a refund. After a hard day at work this is unacceptable and a waste of my money that I worked hard for!

I’ve ordered here a lot and they mostly get my order right, besides the occasional sauce on my pizza, I always love my food. This time I ordered a cheese pizza with stuffed crust. It came with a regular crust which I don’t eat. 🙁 Good food, but I would love if I got what I paid for.

Had 1 hot and ready ready. No napkins no forks.. didn’t know how to do a refund right, for the salad that they had no fork for. I just told them just give me another pizza that I didn’t need cause I was tired of waiting.

Walking to the store they’re hot and ready are dry look like they’ve been there all day there’s $7.35 everywhere else the hot and ready are $5.95 this is why every time I walk into the restaurant there’s never anybody there picking up pizza in the food is disgusting because no one wants to pay that extra dollar or something for that food when they can get it down the road cheaper bottom line
