I’ve never gotten a bad pizza from here before. But recently I’ve noticed new people working and the pizza sucks. It was barely cut and when I tried to grab a piece it ripped in half. I had to cut it myself. It was uncooked in places and the bread tasted so bland. Had to cook it in my own oven for a few minutes for it it to even taste okay enough to eat. The workers just sit around looking confused. Took 10 minutes for the workers to give me my already done pizza because they didnt put it in the ready area for it to stay heated. While waiting, when the workers did so their jobs they took the slowest they could possibly take. I went on July 23rd around 6:30 – 7:00 P.M. Going to a different location from now on.

I have 5 years pizza experience, including about 1 year working for little caesars. I was there yesterday. There were no hot n readys. I went there 2 superset times today. No hot n readys. This is after I told the counter person I’ll be back in 10 minutes because she said there would be hot n readys in 10 minutes. The manager was moving like a snail. I’m never spending my money here again. Worst little caesars I’ve ever been to.

The family loves a Hot & Ready pizza night occasionally and I can’t complain about the price. But the service at this location is not always the best. Long waits and inconsistent quality of the pizza and breadsticks has been an issue here more than once.

Hello everyone my name is Jina. Please don’t order from this store. The pizza that I had ordered was to moist, greasy, nasty and doughy. The cheese was not fully cooked nor the pizza. Top that off there was a roach in my pizza. I talked to Emma who claims to be the manager and Ella R. the worker who happens to be my cashier they told me to bring the pizza back up to the store for them to look at it to order for them to remake my pizza. I went up there with my client whom I am a caregiver to he stated that it made him sick. I asked for them to give me a hot and ready pizza or remake my pizza over and have it fully cooked and brown they told me no! I couldn’t even get my money back and when I called customer service they were close. Ella stated to me that the pizza would have been ready in 10 to 15 minutes and the manager gave my client the undone pizza in 3 minutes. As I got home my client took a bite out of his second pizza and noticed a roach! Unbelievable! As customer service if our pizza is something wrong with it , it is the manager job or worker job to remake a better one for the customer especially when I paid $22.51 for my client to eat for lunch. Not urge and go back and forth with me! And with it being a roach in my pizza and them being rude about is bad customer service! Terrible! 0 stars from me! Period!!!!

They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL little Caesar’s I’ve experienced in my entire life. I placed an order on 6/30/2023 for an extra most bestest pizza online for pick up. After the order went through, my order never showed as ready in the website so I drove there to see what was wrong and saw the facility was CLOSED due to a power outage. I didn’t know what to do and called another little Caesar’s which told me i should get a refund since they’re closed and never completed my order. I had a weeklong road trip the very next day for 4th of July and didn’t give it a second thought. Once I returned home on 7/8 I looked at my bank account and saw I was still charged with no refund. I called the facility and told them about this to which a young girl who didn’t seem to know what to do simply said that too much time had passed and there was nothing they could do, which I was so confused because I should have had a refund in the first place and shouldn’t of even had to call about this! It’s a shame this place is in Birmingham because I expect better service with it being such a nice city. But for the love of God, avoid this place like the plague if you don’t want to deal with horrible customer service and getting robbed. I’m never spending another dime at this dump.

This location sold me moldy sauce and is giving me a very hard time with my refund. Jolisa is not offering any solutions and will not provide information on how I can obtain money back. My four year old was able to eat some of it before I could grab it from him. This is a serious issue!

Had to wait 10 minutes at the store because even though my pizza was ready, it was not in the pizza portal and the employees seemed to just be wandering around aimlessly. The pizza was not cut completely through at all, so I had to cut it myself when I got home. It was also very undercooked, and did not taste good. Will NOT go back to this location.
