We opened our boxes and were very delighted! THANK YOU. The pizzas looked excellent and tasted great! Congratulations on your first few days open! Starting a brand new store with brand new employees is challenging. Keep up the good work and with a little patience and compassion from the customers things will be even better.

After waiting for over an hour in the line for my in store pick up that I could not get inside due to the locked doors, my pizza had very little if any sauce at all and tasted like cardboard. The first time I visited this same restaurant they locked the doors an hour early and my order was stuck inside while they refused to open the doors until one of their relatives showed up and asked them to open the window so I could get my food I had paid for.

Started off terrible not because of them it was another customer blocking the drive thru causing them to not be able to take orders! They sent someone out finally to ask her to pull up but they were starting to get busy and a little behind so everyone (my family included) was a little frazzled. We ordered an just got the pretzel pizza deal that came with crazy bread for 10.69$. We get to the window hand her 20.70$, an I asked about getting cheese sauce with the crazy bread. She was super nice an the overall exchange was great. Sadly when we got home we realized we were given the wrong pizza. When I started to look for the receipt we realized we never got it along with our change lol no biggie though! I called the store spoke with the manager he was so kind an understanding an I told him it was just one big accident an these things happen! He assured me by the time I got there I would have a completely fresh order ready crazy bread included (how sweet he didnt have to do that) an he would gladly give me my change. Once I got there he was literally just putting my order in the warmers, he handed it over to me an then spoke with me briefly about it an asked which girl was working the drive thru. She remembered me an was so sweet an apologetic. I again told her these things happen! I was frustrated due to the rude customer infront of me an they were doing their best to keep up with flow of things. The manager then handed me my change an apologized again. It was a roller-coaster of an evening trying to get a fast dinner but these lovely workers were doing their best!

Ordered the new BBQ Chicken Pizza. It was good even with a little underbaked crust. Would definitely order again.

Soooo Seymour’s Little Caesers has gotta be the worst one I’ve ever been to. I just came back from there, and the pizza was old, the crust was hard, pizza wouldnt tear apart, it’s like they didn’t even cut it. It’s been a reoccurring process here lately.

Slow service. Wait times always 10-20 min for carry out or drive thru. Prices went up.

Manager on shift today about 3-5 was soooo disrespectful and rude. Got my pizza wrong after telling him 4 times what it was. Then kept pulling people around me to help them while I was in the middle of talking to him about a question he asked me.

1 person working front counter and drive thru. Several people waiting inside and drive thru was full. Needed more people working.

The pizza was limp and the wings needed more sauce. It smelled like stale cigarettes at the drive thru window. The employees did not appear well groomed.

I would not recommend working here or buying any food from here. The Night Shift managers leave continuously while on the clock which is why it takes forever to get your food. One of the workers, Stephanie, even brings her daughter in with her while she works and allows her to help out in the back. Which is highly unsanitary and is child labor. Your better off spending your money somewhere else.
