Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks online. Only brought one of the pizzas tho. Called the support number and they said they’d refund it in 7-10 days but that was all they could do. Never got the email confirming it and the guy hung up on me. Textd the driver in hopes he still had it somehow. He said I had to call the support number. So I basically bought somebody else a pizza I guess. Isn’t the first time either. Time to stop ordering from here. Very frustrating.

Apparently this location closes by 9p on a weekday even though they advertise 10p, but they actually start closing down by 8p, so even if you live a block and a half away you’ll still need to go through the drive through instead of the lobby because it’ll be closed, and it only takes 4 vehicles to fill up the parking lot. We paid for 1 pizza and got 2 for free because of the whole ordeal, so that’s cool. Just a hell of a situation to be in.

I think this is the first time I’ve been to a Little Ceasars and had everything go perfectly! The staff was so friendly it instantly made you feel welcome into the store. The food was all hot and fresh and the store looked so clean you lick the floors (probably dont though). I was very pleased!!!!!

the male manager at this location is pocketing money . and making his own prices after calling multiple times and not receiving an answer I gave up. this location is the worse and they are stealing out of the register I am HIGHLY dissatisfied and will NEVER be at this location again. Also my pick up order should have been fresh I received OLD breadsticks and burnt pizza.

Ordered pizza online for 11:15 pickup, Rudisill store opens at 11:00. It’s 11:33 and there is one employee inside who will not come to the window or open the front door. She’s working like a maniac on pizza orders but we can’t get our pizza. Very frustrating.

They want to charge more money if you get less cheese. Total rip off. This is the only location who’s does it. Manager is probably pocketing the extra money. I can tell this is located down town. Very shady employees.
