I placed an order for my grandkids on the mobile app at 6:30 and the pizza was supposed to be ready by 7:04. We waited over an hour to get a pepperoni pizza and a cheese bread. Then when we finally got the pizza it cold and burnt. There was noooo way I was going to go back and wait any longer. Very disappointed and may have to get my grandkids to eat another pizza chain

Doordash delivery upon arrival to pick up orders none were ready and I waited 40 mins for them to be ready. Employees were rude and hide in the back leaving upfront unattended. Few other customers in store same experience of waiting as long or longer. Dashers have a job to do also and when we are wasting our time waiting we are losing money. No one wants to have their money toyed with. Employees really need to step it up some. If thing don’t run smooth at least be kind to your customers and dashers.

I went inside and placed an order for the extra most bestest pepperoni. Left to go to the bank across the street for no more than 7 minutes. Came back to pick it up then left. Should’ve checked the pizza before I left. It was very overcooked. So disappointing. My son refuse to eat it even though Little Caesar is his favorite. This has happened to me twice already.

Made an order on the app for a thin crust pep, 1 crazy bread, 1 ICB and 2 dipping sauces… order was a few minutes late which was ok. Then the app told me my order was ready and couldnt be placed in the portal and to go to the counter. So i go to the counter to pick up my order, to which they say isnt even ready yet. Turns out they gave my ICB to someone else and had to make a new one. Stood for about another 10 minutes waiting, and while i was waiting i decided to look around. One of the menu screens was half blank due to a bullet hole in the middle of the monitor, the entire place looked covered in a grime layer and one of the employees even came out of the back and asked me to send him 20 on cashapp and hed give me free food to cover it. Employees are terrible they hate their jobs nobody wants to talk to you one employee would rather watch the wall then talk to any customers They leave your food sitting out to get cold They don’t try to put it in the warmer It’s really a terrible location because they’re just overworked customers don’t help they’re rude is all get out screaming at them hollering want something for free terrible. For what it is the food’s decent but I feel for the end staff they’re burned out and they’re treated horrible

Past three times have had them loose or sell my orders. Waiting over an hour the first time, over 30 minutes the next just to be told “nothing I can do about it” then went home with a completely wrong order and not even close to what I paid for.

This use to be a great location but has been terrible in every way possible. How does a company allow orders to be place to a location that’s not oen. They are supposed to be open but this is the second time this has happened in the past 3 months. One of the most unprofessional locations I’ve ever catered to. I have a rule that once the ratings are in the 3’s I won’t even consider their business. I hope you really hate losing customers but that’s what happens when run a business that doesn’t meet expectations.
