Food is tasty when cooked well, which it sometimes us. Organization of the location, which is so hot it feels like there’s no air conditioning, could use some help. Placed an online order for one bag of crazy bread, at 6:54 for pickup by 7:08 to 7:13. Arrived early. Got notification at 7:12 in app that order was ready but couldn’t be put in pickup box and to get at counter. Asked at counter, they said it would be ready in 3-4 minutes. It’s 7:25 as I write this, and I was just given my order. This is just one example, they are usually disorganized and delayed.

Absolutely the worst location I’ve been too. Employee had a attitude because of how busy it was. Then was Told 10-15 waited 45, that still isnt the problem. What ruined my order is I waited and watched my food sit on the counter the entire time until about 10 mins before it was handed to me then she put into the warmer, then I continued to wait for 8 oven roasted wings. However was given buffalo wings. So i pointed it out and the worker turned around and gave me wings that was in the warmer since before i came into the store.

Terrible experience ordered online and when arrived doors were locked. Went threw drive up and waited 20min to get food only to be told the order was not in the over. Was asked to park up front and someone would be out. No one came and had to go back up to drive threw to get update on order
