Foods great but the service sucks. I guess having to deal with the people in that area can wear you down, but not everybody that walks in deserves to be treated that way. And if somebody requests an item that’s not already made, don’t tell them you’re out just because you don’t want to make it.

This location has been struggling for some time. Today was no different unfortunately. We ordered our meal online. Thankfully because the manager was telling people no walk-ins while we was waiting. They hand out 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks. I wish the wife could of checked the pizzas. As they have no counter space anywhere. Drive home to find we have the wrong pizzas. This place just keeps getting worse .

Just recently had a trip to this location. Got the first box pizza after I paid and of course I opened the box to check before I left. The pizza was over loaded with cheese and basically you couldn’t even see no crust on the side. Now this image that uploaded is after pulling the pizza apart the slices being cut unevenly. Unacceptable and I don’t recommend anyone going there. Now whoever had an attitude about even remaking it but I waited just to not even want the second pizza. Very unhappy about this.

I ordered a pizza online & they said that it would be ready by 9:23. I got there at 9:17 & she said they were closed. But on my receipt it showed my pizza in the oven. She said I would have to try & get a refund but She walked out the door with a pizza. So who’s pizza do you think she stole? Was probably mine & they ripped me off. That woman was rude as hell & if they keep her there they will lose customers

I’m not gonna lie, sometimes inthe past they’ve had bad customer service, but tonite, well last nite now, lol. They were really nice and they were about to close and she still let me get a pizza, even though I didn’t have exact change like they wanted and everything. So I appreciated that more than she will ever know. Especially after being at the soccer field all evening. The kids wanted that pizza. Lol. The crew they had working this time was great, and for some reason the pizza tasted thicker, and better. Even the kids said so. So I was very pleased. Thanks nite crew at little Caesars. I appreciate you!! Plus their prices are way better than the one on 31!! If you don’t mind the chaos of that area, which is no fault of theirs, then I definitely recommend that store. Save your coin and get the same thing, but better!

Went to order a pizza and they had signs everywhere saying cash only. Said that is fine I have cash, then they said their system just went down so they couldn’t do anything. If you don’t want to work just shut the store down.
