Tried to call in my order and no answer on two separate days. Ordered online and tracker didn’t update even after 30min. Decided to go there and see if my order was ready, it was. Tracker emailed me an hour later saying my order was ready. Poor service but the food was good atleast.

Called in pizza and bread, told me 12 mins. Came 15 minutes later they did not even take my order. I said I’d wait I asked for nothing they offer me free food for 10 minute wait. I wait they charge me for the food they offered me for free. I went in still wanted nothing just wanted to tell the manager what happened. Horrible service. Waited over an hour for two pizzas and one of them was wrong. Went back to get the right pizza and it took 30 minutes after being told 10. Cheesy bread was also raw and doughy. Rude customer service, will not be returning.

Went through drive thru. Was really busy. Waited a while, in the car, to get order. Employees were friendly. Pizza was ok; what we expected. The biggest issue we had was the soggy bottom crust, in the middle, from grease! Yes, it was greasy on the top, too. Pepperoni does that. But the bottom was enough that I don’t care to buy it again.

I haven’t ordered from a little Caesars in over a year because of how bad this one is, but the one time I go to order and they’re closed the whole day (Monday). Apparently they’re just closed every Monday from now on? Might as well shut it down at that point.
