I am not sure who needs to hear/read this but I must share this. I was called in for an interview at 4:15pm 18 July. As I enter the premises I see activity from what I assume hourly workers and a huddle of management (collared shirts) having a laugh and engaging in chatter. Another member with a collared shirt was at the register (counting some dollar bills). I stood in the lobby for at least 3 minutes and made eye contact with multiple personnel in collared shirts including a member with a bright pink one (she seemed to be the most superior) as well as other team members. Not a single person spoke to me in any way, no greeting, no concern as to why I am standing there or anything. I could have been a threat, but I was simply there for my interview. As I noticed that this location does not value its consumers I decided to walk out of the door without even speaking to anyone. I do not recommend anyone applying or spending money there. I could say that it is because I am not of the social norm, but I prefer to blame it on poor management.

Ordered online and went in to pick it up. Order took about 20 mins longer to get than they said. I was told they got a new computer system and it backed up all the online orders. I wasn’t in a hurry but I can see how if I was that extra wait time would have been bad. Oh well. I’m sure they will get the bugs worked out soon. Food looked amazing though especially for a budget piza place.

Regular customer sometimes multiple times a week. In a town with as many pizza places as there are you’d think the owners would make sure the managers and employees know how to run the store. In the last 6 months I have been turned away atleast a dozen times due to no hot and ready pizzas, no dough made, big orders, etc. Atleast 6 times I’ve been told a 20 to 30 minute wait for their standard ready pizzas. This is ridiculous for a brand whose gimmick is hot and ready. There’s no excuse for extended waits, the employees sitting out back taking breaks, or people leaving because they don’t want to wait when they could’ve ordered from the other local pizza places

They did not have hot and ready pizzas even though it was during the correct hours. People were waiting 25 minutes or more for pizza. They even gave some orders to the wrong people. It was not a good night for the staff.

They never have anything ready. I started calling in my order and have had those messed up several times or I’m told 25 minutes to go in and be told it’s scheduled for a different time to be picked up

Stopped by the drive through to get a hot n ready pizza, they didn’t have any. This is the second time this has happened. They only had wings and crazy bread. It would be at least 20 minutes wait time. The associate explained they just had 4 big orders and they were out of pizzas. Well if you can’t keep up with the drive through you might as well close your doors.
