This location is a hit or miss it seems more of a miss lately. I love the pretzel crust I’d buy it every week. If it was to stay I’ve gotten it every day since it’s been back and 2/3 of the time they put pizza sauce on it when I ordered cheese sauce. It takes so long for them to make another. Im done with this location I spend to much money to constantly get my food wrong. Most the staff does not care what so ever

I ordered crazy bread and this looks like rolled out dough with no toppings when I specifically asked for extra butter & Parmesan cheese this is unacceptable and they don’t even remake it for you they told me if I wanted to order again I would have to pay again and that the refund should be on my card within 7-10 business days i will never order with little Caesar’s again !

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LITTLE CAESARS IN OHIO! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I realize that the service and food quality are not gonna be great at any Little Caesars. I mean it’s not like they pay their employees enough to really care. But telling me you’re closing soon and can’t make a pepperoni pizza when you’re still open for another 35 minutes and then gaslighting me trying to convince me you close in 15 minutes is infuriating. You close at 10:00 not 9:40. Also, my cheese pizza that I settled for that was “hot n ready” was ice cold and I ordered regular crazy bread and you gave me that nasty stuffed crazy bread. I seriously hope the regional manager gives you all a huge wage increase so maybe you will get an order right for once and maybe perform some actual customer service.

The food? Perfectly acceptable. It’s Little Caesars’s, none of yall came here for gourmet. The service? Sometimes there’s someone at the counter, sometimes there isn’t. The atmosphere? I can feel the tendrils of hate and misery clinging to my already fluctuating will to live hours after exiting. The anguished demeanor of the employees, though unvoiced, was surely due to insufficient vitamin D. No sunlight can penetrate that darkness, I fear. No one complains when you take five handfuls of seasoning from the basket though, so I’ll live with the existential dread.

I ordered a deep dish pizza and this is what I got? They also put the wrong name on the order and acted like they had no idea what they were doing. The employee seemed annoyed that I was even there. I waited over 10 extra minutes from the time it said it would be ready to get this garbage of food. If you aren’t happy working there then quit because this is unacceptable. If I could give this a zero I would. Never going here again.

So, I was sent at 11am to get 6 pizza’s and 2 crazy bread for an event. Well I arrived at 11am sharp to see multiple bags of.. something blocking the door and all the lights off. Even though their open time is 11am, the store was not ready. But that’s okay I’ve worked a restaurant job before, sometimes youre a little behind.
