Bad customer service. Pizzas were burnt. The people working there seem like they have zero interest if the place stays in business. Should have been a warning to me, saw two people walk out upset when I arrived. Also, it was very dirty. First and last time I’ll ever go here. Avoid it at all costs.

I ordered online and when I arrived it was clear there was a rush. Not a lot of staff, but they were polite and pushing out orders as fast as they could while still hitting quality. I got my food about an hour after ordering. And all 3 of my pizzas turned out FANTASTIC. They were so well made, and fresh too!

I don’t go to Little Caesars often but both times I have gone recently over the last 6 months to this location a gentleman behind the counter and shame on me for not asking his name has immediately come out and given my 4 year old daughter a little bag of little Caesars cookies and talks to her for a minute. It ALWAYS puts a smile on her face. Thank you sir. I will definitely ask for your name next time. You’re a credit to the company and I hope your management sees it as so.

Picked up a pizza for a early evening snack. I ordered online but they hadn’t even made the pizza yet when I arrived 20min later. It was like walking into a blast furnace picking up the pizza. I don’t see how the workers didn’t pass out. Still my favorite pizza for a number of reasons. Will go back. Thumbs up.

The employees in-store are doing the best they can; I want to be clear about that. That said, the last four times we’ve come here, it’s been an unmitigated disaster. This last time, they were out of cheese. The time before that, it was “frozen bread” we were told, and similar reasons before that.

Unfortunately when we came in (about 11:45am Thursday) there were no hot n ready pizzas available so I placed an order for 1 pepperoni. Was told 8-10 minute wait, which was fine. Went to the car to wait and came back in to the store at 8 minutes. Total wait time of 28 minutes, when I finally asked about our pizza and was told they didn’t know where it was. It was found in a stack of someone else’s order?

Do not order from here unless you want to wait 2 hours. And if you think you are going to come and get a hot and ready don’t. Nothing is ever ready here. This location is in desperate need of new management. I live near by and have visited on multiple occasions and it’s the same thing. Please close this location and open up a different pizza place that knows how to take care of their guests.

It’s unfortunate. It seems this location needs more staff or better staffing. Expect to wait over an hour after the expected time you are to receive your order. The employees inside are clearly disgruntled. You won’t have a good customer service experience, but they make a mean Little Caesars pizza.
