Ordered 2 pizzas online, one cheese, one stuffed pretzel crust and crazy bread. That means they were given at least 20 minutes to prepare what we ordered…. And yet we didn’t get it. They gave us burnt cheese pizza, unstuffed pretzel crust because they “didn’t have it” or were just lazy and didn’t want to make it, and they also “didn’t have” stuffed crazy bread either so gave us things we didn’t order to “make up for it”.. yet not what we ordered. Really disappointed and offended that they’d give someone the wrong order and it’s not even up to par. Sauce all over the pizza… like did y’all even LOOK AT IT???? Embarrassed for y’all.

We sat in the drive thru for 5+min before anyone waited on us. I gave my order and paid they left my card in the machine, walked away for another 3 min, came back and gave me my card. Sad bc we like to come here bc it close to home. Getting to not be worth it. The service is terrible! They don’t even greet you! You and he won’t even acknowledge that you said anything to him. My sauce container were only half full.

Close this store down already. I have had nothing but terrible orders that take an hour long to receive. I don’t know why I even went back but tonight I ordered online as it stated that they close at 10pm. I waited 20 minutes and when I arrived there was a cardboard sign stating that they were closed!! At 7:30 pm! To make matters worse, the employees were still there and they said I need to come back tomorrow to get a refund! So I have to go out of my way twice for food I didn’t receive. What a joke

Definitely won’t be stopping here again. we went through the drive through because the lobby was closed and the girl working at the drive through had non-existent manners. Not sure if it’s because she was so young or oblivious, but she needs significantly more training. The adult who was behind her was equally distasteful, and it wasn’t until the end, after placing my order, that they informed me they only accept cash because their card reader was down. That was something that should have been said as soon as I pulled up to the window. When I said, “oh. I don’t have cash on me”, she immediately shut the window. Like that was it. She should have handled that way better, starting with apologizing that she neglected to mention that at the very beginning. Again, she either was very poorly trained or simply lacks basic social skills necessary for a job that requires human interaction.

The absolute worst little Caesars. Ordered online a pretzel pizza with cheese sauce . Got to the store and the lobby was closed and 6 cars in the drive through. Waited 15 mins to get my pizza and wasint even what I ordered . It had marinara sauce instead of the cheese sauce and was burnt to hell. Not to mention that even try to salt the crust for the “ pretzel crust”.

Just waited at the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes for a deep dish Lunch combo. Tipped the worker at the window. Drove back to my job site to find out that I had a raw pizza. No time to return there. Very disappointed

Little ceasars north canton ohio on main Street. Pre-ordered. Was supposed to be ready at a certain time. We got there, had to wait for a long. While for the drive thru (drive thru only) then we were told had to wait another 6 minutes. They asked can you circle around to the beginning line of the drive thru and by the time we clear out all these other cars for drive thru, yours should be ready. Why have pre-order online if it’s not going to be ready and we have to wait longer even after a 20 min trip there. Poor service. Never again

Paid for order online, got to store cardboard sign said closed please return for refund. This is not the first fail of this store but I keep giving them opportunities because the pandemic has been over for a while and almost every store is back to normal but seems at this point this store should be closed
