Waited over 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Went through the drive thru.. They said pull up we’ll bring it right out. Finally had to call the store. Person said oh you’re here? It’s been ready we are sorry. Finally brought it out. Food was cold. This location needs training or something.

Just got pizza and crazy bread, the messed up the order and there was mushroom on the cheese pizza. Customer service was horrible, they all rolled their eyes when we asked them to remake it, I understand mistakes happen but there’s no reason to be rude about it.

Absolutely lacking and disappointing in every which way, which I didn’t even think was possible for Little Caesars. Food is always 60/40 if its going to be even worth eating. When I got to the drive thru, not even a semblance of customer service or awareness was visible. I waited for a few minutes before they got to the window, which I don’t mind. However, the young woman who opened it did literally nothing but stare at me. No greeting or anything at all. No “What can I get you” or anything. Just stared. I understand that working at Little Caesars probably makes you want to kill yourself, but it makes the customer want to as well when you Don’t even do the job you applied for. Messed up my order too smh. Asked for an extra most bestest and thankfully due to the lack of any communication, I got cheese and no pepperoni, when I would have liked pepperoni. It’s not that hard man.

Just dont bother coming here. Awful food and service. Very lazy crew who was more than 20 minutes behind schedule (5 people working and I was one of TWO people in the store), so they clearly just didnt start making the food until I came in. more like “50 Minutes Hot N Ready” at this location. Sad.

Won a gift card from work. Tried to make an order online and use a code for 99 cent beadsticks. After fiddling around on their site for 1/2 an hour I decided to call. The girl tells me we can’t use Little Ceasers gift cards on their sites. I asked so I can’t get the 99 cent bread sticks either since it’s an online special only? “She was clueless! So I made our order by phone and when I arrived their scanner was unable to read the barcode on their giftcard): The Genius at the window (B……) was like a dear in headlights when I asked if he knew how to manually put in the numbers? So much for Little Ceasers, not going back after 30 years…

This location is 50/50 on if the pizza will be edible. This time, it was definitely inedible. Flat and burnt. Why did they put this in a box?

Online ordering doesn’t work for this location at an efficient frequency. When calling in to place an order with online coupon codes, they do not honor the coupons. Bad customer service all around. Good thing there are other options in the area. 1 star only and not changing that.

I sat at the drive thru for 8 minutes before someone opened the window. There was one other customer at the time. The dough was bad you can tell because of how thin it was. And whoever was on landing can’t cut evenly and is not pushing hard enough because I couldn’t separate the slices without ripping them apart.

Very rarely do they have anything hot and ready. Usually have to wait 15 minutes or longer. Quality is what you would expect from Little Caesars.

Great cheap pizza! Their five dollar cheese or pepperoni pizza are really good (for five dollars!). They are not a gourmet pizza place. And you will certainly find better tasting pizza. But for about $15 to $20, you can feed a large group of hungry kids
