Standard Little Caesars pizza. The guy that took our order was like a stone wall; he talked under is breath, every answer was monotone and when I asked how long the old world pizza/cheese bread would be (I only asked once and was very polite about it) he replied like it was a nuisance. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t go to LC for a 5 star experience, but a little kindness and engagement wouldn’t hurt. I’ve worked service, I know it sucks, but they were slow as I’ll get out. Frankly do better.

The appearance of the place was inviting, and I received quality service from giving my order to getting my food. It was worth the ride (25 minutes). I definitely will take that ride again even though there’s a Little Ceasars Pizza close by (5 minutes).

Tried to order pizza today by walking in the store. Gentleman at the counter informed me they were taking online orders only. I tried to place an order online, and the app will not take online orders. Went back into the store and tried to order pizza. Gentleman at the counter could not take an in person order since he did not have a till. I asked if there was anyone else who could help him take an order. He said he could call his boss, but his boss was busy. Went across the street to Georgio’s and was able to order 2 pizzas with no issue.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Unsanitary, unprofessional, and scandalous. I saw the pizza being made, and they did not have gloves on. I observed his clothes, he had black and white pants.. and the white part of his pants were dirty. If his white pants are dirty, that indicates he is not clean. All it would take it one wipe on the pants and the food is contaminated. I asked the clerk, can it please be remade with gloves and she said they do not own gloves. How are you a restaurant and do not own gloves? She said they clean their hands frequently, this does not prevent germs when making food, you wear gloves. Completely unprofessional. Then, i asked for a refund and they said they do not allow refunds. So they take peoples’ money, keep it and give you a low quality pizza. I pay my money, that i can’t get back, I expect to get my pizza made the clean way with gloves. No thank you, that is scandalous and just wrong. It’s honestly so sickening.

I came in 30 minutes before they closed and I boy proceeded to tell me they closed and I checked they time and asked again and then he allowed me to continue with my order then pulled the box out warmers and dropped the box in the floor then told me I could buy it or buy nothing and I left I would not like to spend my money here anymore and when I called the next day they told me the boy name was Don. this is unacceptable service

Can’t follow directions ! Everytime I asked for light sauce and to cut my pizza correctly it’s not. It’s always a ton of sauce which will mess up what could’ve been a good pizza

Placed an order for 6:30. Got there on time and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Sat around for 30 before I was given the wrong pizza. Was told it would be another 10 minutes to remake it. This was for an item that’s “hot and ready”.
