The bread sticks were not fully cooked and the pretzel pizza looked nothing like the picture. Unfortunately I didn’t realize till I got home. Had no electricity due to the storm.

Not sure what all the complaints are but this location is exactly how all little Caesars have been the whole time I’ve been around. Busy, yes. Understaffed, probably. But was my food hot and ready, yes! I pre-ordered with the app since I was ordering supreme pizzas and crazy bread and they emailed me when my order was ready and it was in fact ready and waiting for me. I did have to wait for a minute till someone came up to the counter (it seemed only two people were working so I was patient because I know the joys of understaffing). I just needed the sauce that I ordered with my crazy bread and she had it waiting for me behind the counter and was as nice as I expect someone who’s got a lot of pizzas to make. Everything looks and tastes good to me so I’m happy and definitely was not disappointed. Also to add my last time being at any little Caesars has probably been 6+ years so they were exactly as how I remember them except now I had the convenience of ordering online

Store needs to be prepared for dinner rush. I waited 20 minutes for a door dash order. Which means the customer waits.

Every single time, service is horrible, pizzas old. I ALWAYS have to either ask for something made fresh if I don’t want pizza that’s been sitting there for an hour and when you ask for anything specialized, you have to argue with the employee. I am a store manager of a fast food franchisee and I would never employ people like this, have some sense- give people the quality and if you can’t deliver that, atleast be kind to the guests who are providing your pay cheque.

Honestly, the worst experience ever. Placed a mobile order and they took out my money, we get there and it’s closed. Complete waste of time. There were multiple people waiting for their order and there wasn’t a single sign stating that they were closed or anything. I would have given this experience 0/5 stars if that was an option. I also called a few weeks ago and the kid answered the phone saying it was dominos and allowed me to hang up thinking I had the incorrect number, when I called back they picked up as if I were calling McDonald’s. I get that this is a good job for students but please find better staff or else I don’t really see this location being up much longer with such poor service.

Crusty location. Needs cleaned desperately. Never anything hot and ready. Pizza is still grease logged and never cut all the way through. Price keeps going up, but quality is. Consistently worse. Plan on sitting in tiny crowded lobby 15 – 20 mins waiting. My kids ask for it occassionally, otherwise I would never pay for this dog food.

I used to come here alot when I was younger. The old staff of Doug and the team was excellent. Never once did they disappoint. The pizza I received had the crsut severely burnt and it was barely cut at all. I had to hand cut all ky slice because of the poor job the store did. The little ceasers near my home closed down, and I was hoping for me from this place that meant so much to my childhood. I’m sorry to say I am very disappointed and would not recommend it at all. Go buy a frozen Walmart pizza instead like the stranger things pizza, red baron, Tony’s, even digiorno.

Ordered the mostbestest pepperoni pizza tonight 9/13/22 and what I received was a regular pepperoni pizza. Hardly any cheese and barely any pepperoni. Very annoyed and disappointed. I was planning on ordering quite a few for sunday’s game,but after the service and food I will not be going back there. Shared the photo as well.

Walked in to pick up a hot and ready and stood there 15 or so , and then finally got the of a young girl in the back sitting on the counter in line of site of me talking on her phone to a homegirl she said i asked for a pizza , she said that if I can wait 20 she’ll make one , she been busy.
