I have lived in the area for years and have been able to get a pizza ONE time out of maybe 50 plus times walking in the place. I don’t understand how the company’s business model is “Hot n Ready” when this location (which is labeled as a “Little Caesars Express” even) never has pizzas available. Today was the last straw as I was told by the employee to go pay at the register and then she would start the order when she gets the receipt. Ridiculous. I got used to never getting pizza, but now I won’t even bother stopping there for gas and groceries either.

Employees are rude. They keep closing early for no reason. Definitely don’t use with door Dash because you will not get your order. I ordered food and they gave away my order three times while I was sitting out front to somebody else I guess maybe they were friends of them or something and they gave my order to them and tell me how to keep waiting

It’s an express. You can’t order what you want. They’ll only make something if they’re out of it and they only have like 8 items on the menu. It’s self serve too, everything is under a heat lamp. I burned my wrist grabbing some crazy bread because the holder for it is twice as tall as the bag. Overall, not what I was expecting or wanted to go to. Oh, and everything is miniaturized.
