Horrible. I used to go to this location frequently but the last few years it has gotten SO bad. The pizza is always hard or burnt, has barely any cheese and way too much sauce. And after tonight the worker was very unfriendly/rude to my daughter while she ordered, we will not be back ever again!!!

I think you need to update your app and make it more accurate for when an order is ready. My order was supposed to be ready between 5:44 p.m. and 5:49 and it’s 6:32 and it’s still not ready. Nobody wants to sit there for almost an hour to wait on their order.

It’s was one of those nights when none of us could agree what to eat and we were driving around. Finally we agreed that Hot ‘n Ready Pizza from Little Caesars on Conant. We arrived right before the store closed and despite being in the process of. Losing for the night the manager (who obviously cares for his crew) made sure that we left with exactly the pizza dinner we craved and wanted. It took a total of 2 minutes, we took our pizza and they still closed the store on-time. Really appreciative of having them in Maumee.

Props to the blonde guy who ran the front and held down the fort this past Friday night!! He was professional and handled the several mishaps very well, all while pulling the team together in the back. There was one chick though that needs a lesson in professionalism.. while we understand the frustration of being short staffed, her constant loud cursing was not appreciated by the customers.

I ordered my pizzas through the app. I get the message about why the pizzas aren’t ready, even my order update said it was. I was told I would have to wait another 10 minutes. When I finally get my order, the pizza looked like it was their first day. The deep dish was more of a puff pastry and not even cooked through. What happened to ask the delicious crispy buffet teasing edges? If this was my first time eating Little Caesars, I know I wouldn’t try the brand again.

Corporate in Detroit needs to take a serious look at this awful operation. This isn’t rocket science; it’s cheap pizza done fast. If you advertise pizzas that are “hot and ready”…then they better be both. If the manager (at least I think he was the manager–he was older, but then again, just as immature-acting as his rude employees, screaming, “Make pizzas!” and singing along with the store music) stares at you blankly when you ask why there aren’t any pizzas ready on a Friday night at 6pm, and then tells you it will only be 6 minutes for more…it better be only 6 minutes, and not 40 minutes later like last night. If you have young employees that want to show off for the customers and their co-workers by coming in off-duty to wave and shout and scream vulgarities in front of customers who are already ticked off about the service…then maybe you should fire said employees. If you feature a pizza portal that’s supposed to save time for customers…then you better have the orders ready when you say they’re going to be ready, instead of the 4 people I saw last night still waiting 30+ minutes later for their food. This location has been a problem for YEARS, and yet, corporate doesn’t seem too interested in addressing the problems that obviously stem from the franchise owner. Avoid this location like the plague.

I reviewed this a year ago and since then my experiences have gone downhill. The food does not look presentable and tonight I waited 20 minutes for my food after the cashier served others that came after me first. As they stacked boxes on the table instead of putting them in warmers. Didn’t know what anyone had ordered. My food was cold. They were very unorganized and unprofessional. I will not be coming back. It is astonishing how there are several workers there and yet everyone waited up to 40 mins for their food. I am livid. I’m surprised that with so many bad reviews the owners would have stepped and done something about this by now.

4 workers in back playing around whole time. Shop swamped, nothing is coming out and what was finished was just sitting on a table next to the oven. One guy at register working hard to keep everything together. Online order not ready after 1 hr and I wasn’t the only one, others with similar issues. Love little Caesars but this location has been getting worse and worse over the last year. If your trying to get a hot n ready go somewhere else cause that’s not in their vocabulary. They need a supervisor in there to help keep things in order instead of a bunch of high schoolers.
