The worst Little Caesars in all of Columbus, without a doubt. They’ve messed up every single order I’ve placed. The pizzas are always weirdly shaped, and the placing of ingredients is inconsistent at best. I’ve even had several orders from this location just go missing, without so much as an offer of a refund or replacement item. Honestly, I’m amazed that this location is still in business.

“Mike” which I’m assuming is the manager, needs to get his employees under control. The only decent employee was the tall black man in the back yelling at the fat young lady telling her she’s not allowed to cook pizzas on dirty pans. After standing in there for over an hour waiting on just one pepperoni pizza, our undercooked pizza had arrived. Though I was enjoying the entertainment provided by a young black girl and the fat one yelling at a doordasher, telling him to just take the man the wrong pizza and he will get refunded. I think you will see less curse words in the urban dictionary than this pizza shop. If you don’t have cable, come watch “pizza shop workers gone wild” at this store.

Waited for 45 minutes to get a deep dish pizza. And for 45 minutes, I got to listen to employees dropping the “N” word, wanting to fight each other, and the manager using “mother**cker”, and all kinds of other explicatives while explaining to her incredibly useless crew that she wasn’t helping them. I really felt bad for the crew – zero leadership. I get that it’s Little Caesars and what comes with that, but little kids shouldn’t have to listen to that while they’re waiting forever for their pizza as well. All that time and this is what I got
