Went for hot and ready pizza at 3:00 or so got 2 pizzas, felt hot, should have looked at them before I left, they were dried out and burnt, looked as if they were there from opening, tried to call and ask for new pizza or refund, got put on hold and never got picked back up, called back no answer, little dark haired girl appeared to be only one there. Never have I had this problem before. Check for stuff before you leave

The absolute worst little Caesars I’ve ever experienced. Not just once, but multiple times. They don’t answer the phone. Service is awful. The manager needs replaced with someone who cares. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered at he drive thru window and the worker said “he’s getting bread sticks now, so move around front and it’ll be out soon” 8 minutes later and 3 other orders behind me leave I called in to check on my order. The lady said shes buttering the bread sticks now and they’ll be right out. 6 minutes later and 3 more orders leave I drove up to the window. The lady says my order has been ready and they are waiting on my drink…..waited 6 minutes for a 2 liter of Mt Dew that was taken from the cooler which was right beside the window.

They need to FIRE 95% of the females in there, they are lazy to the point of standing around in the back with customers at the counter and drive through would rather see you leave then to stop the party in the Back to hand out pizzas. Only time they are efficient is when an adult manager is there otherwise it’s party time for these teenagers that would rather see the store burn down to actually serve a customer. I’m a trucker so I frequent this store enough to have a feel of the land

We just moved to London and have ordered from Little Caesars before and like the food and service except for tonight when we place a order online and pick up at drive thru window, but when we get there the guy says he has no order for us but we already paid for it so he got nasty and we got nasty so he went in the back and came back with our order somewhat through it at us and told us to never come back to his store. Well we won’t we will go to Casey’s. Besides the pizza was hard and the bread wasn’t done all the way. Very rude man and we will never order from your store again…..hope your manager teaches you manners.

The most recent experience was ordering a hot & ready pepperoni pizza with wings. Cashier at the window said it would be between 10-15 min wait for the wings to be made and to wait in front of the building. I waited 20-25 mins instead before I went inside to check on the status of my order.

I went to this establishment twice in the last two weeks. The first time I was told it was going to be an hour wait for a supposed hot and ready pizza. The second time I waited in line for 15 minutes and I was told it would be 20 more minutes to go wait in line again. Is much easier to order pizza somewhere else and go pick it up. The myth that there are pizzas hot and ready at this establishment is a joke.
