Carry-out/pick-up only. Little Caesars has a huge win with pretzel crust pizza. My son and I love it. This location is usually spot-on. On occasion; however, the attention to detail is lacking. The last visit is an example, they left the pretzel salt off of the pizza.

Must be under new management or have new workers since the last time we ordered months ago. The food was bad. And the crazy bread was uncut and very under seasoned. Drinks were warm. When we went in said the name the guys said it’s being worked on and we said it’s actually the one right there with my name on it. “OH no that’s not your order” we said read it again as it definitely was. Used to be good but not that great any more.

This place has gone way down. There is no hot and ready and the employees act like they don’t care. The pizza we got today was awful see pics below. It was not cut and honestly my 5 years old could do a better job ! Drive to Westerville it will be a lot better than this place !!!!

Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Management and employees have no motivation. I arrived to pick up my order at the quoted time. Staff member waited at least 5 mins before acknowledging me. Tells me my order will be another 15 mins..

The staff was very prompt and quite polite. The pizza was prepared quickly. The pretzel crust did not look or taste much like pretzel, and they were out of salt. The second pizza had very little topping. Onions are cheap but there were almost none and the pepperoni/sausage was minimal.

I ordered a cheese pizza and this is what I got, asked them to remake it and the second was worse… manager wouldn’t knowledge the complaint and had the employee tell me it’s a cheese shortage and it’s nothing they could do… I advise everyone check your pizza before you leave the Delaware Ohio location

The food was okay, but the environment not so much. I walked in while a manager or shift lead was yelling at a poor kid (less than 18 is my guess) over a label. She paused to give me my order, then went back to yelling at the kid. Had I not prepaid the order I would have just left without the food. I felt bad for the kid and am most likely taking a long break from Little Caesars because of what I saw. *Ordered again and received a horrendous pizza. The pepperoni was thrown on in clumps, not placed on the pizza. The cheese ran over the sides somehow. And, they forgot to cut the pizza. I am not going back at all now until I see that this place is under new management.

Not sure who runs the show there but obviously clueless. If someone puts an online order in to pickup then it needs to be ready at that time. If you can’t meet that window then call the the person. Also, leave someone at the counter! If you don’t have the staff then shut it down for the day. Use your brains for once.

Everywhere I’ve ever made to this Little Caesars has been wrong in some way shape or form either light on the sauce or no sauce or I order a stuffed crust and get a pretzel crust or I order a regular pepperoni pizza and get one with alfredo sauce instead of pizza sauce! When the air has been brought to their attention they fix it but every time there’s something wrong.

Affordable food, but the low price comes with outstanding wait times. Our meal, a pizza and cookie dough brownie was ordered at 5:40p, promised to be ready at 6:01-6:06p, and actually complete at 6:25! 19+ minutes late… lobby was full of people waiting
