Waited in drive thru for 15 mins after giving my order and no one even came. Finally decided to go to a different restaurant.

Horrible experience, guy with green hair likes to mumble under his breath a lot and nobody else is gonna make your food. So 25 minutes later your pizza is done and your crazy bread was forgotten and had to wait 25 more minutes just to get bread sticks. Hygiene is disgusting, whom ever that young man was at the subway was coughing all over the toppings for sandwiches so eat at your own risk.

Food was average . Not bad . But not the best, it’s gone down in cleanliness for sure. Seating is awkward. Loud grounding sounds from the kitchen along with off and on hollering from employees. Bathroom is for 1 person at a time . The bathroom is shared by gas station/little ceasers and subway. They also had no fountain drinks available. It needs a pick me up or something for sure. It’s OK for a quick pizza but could be a lot better .

Waited 15 minutes at the front counter. Woman working was angry about having to work. No one even asked to help me. I stopped on worker but she said that she worked for subway and would get someone to help me. Finally left when it was apparent I wasn’t going to get helped.

The food is usually good, but they always close way to early. Every day through the week they close at 7pm. Last week I stopped in at 6:40pm to pick up food and they already had the doors locked. It’s the only Little Ceasars that I know of that closes that early.

Normally l would give them a 5 star rating but this visit didn’t warrant that. I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone took my order. When it was completed l was short my drink and most every other Little Caesar’s when you order wings you at least get 1 dipping sauce. Here l paid extra for it which came as a surprise to me. The quality of the food I’ll give it a 5 star but that’s all.

It doesnt matter what time of day I go in here, I always wait 15-20 minutes before an employee even speaks to me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If your heart is set on Little Caesar’s (personally dont see the big deal other than being affordable), place your order online. Then arrive 10 minutes after whenever your order is supposed to be ready.

I have been to this place on numerous occasions the last two were terrible. The first time was a couple weeks ago there was two cars ahead I placed an order for two pizzas a crazy bread and an Italian cheesy bread got to the window the lady asked me to repeat my order so I did I had already been in the drive-through 15 minutes or so she then tells me it’s going to be 10 to 15 more minutes as a fine. She comes back about 15 minutes later and let me know “ we are out of the stuff”. I asked her what she meant she said they would have to make my order and it would take even longer pulled out and left. Stopped by there today a gentleman was on the intercom I placed an order for three hot and ready pizzas he gave me the price I’ve been asked if he was going to be very long he said 15 to 20 minutes I was upset asked him if they do not keep their pizza stocked then told him to just forget it He said that’s fine I don’t care what you think I called back and asked for a corporate or owner or regional manager remember the young lady said her name was Kellan gave me a phone number that was to a gas and oil business so I called another little Caesars was able to get a customer service number put my complaint in and they are supposed to have the owner of this franchise call me to discuss my experience. They are losing business because there are other restaurants nearby the area that are picking up all of this business.
