Don’t order two of an item, counting past one is too difficult for them. and if you call them for help they need a receipt even though you had to place a delivery order because you can’t drive there. There is no customer support apparently. If I have to bring my receipt in, it makes ZERO sense because what are you going to reference that shows I didn’t get my items?! I just want what I order… Why do you get to charge exhorbitant fees and then I have to jump through hoops like an animal to get any kind of help?

The location in Catlettsburg is a JOKE! 2 hrs before closing, out of items and was not willing to make more. So we went to the Ashland location. They were willing to make the extra we needed for our large order! Granted a female worker was outside smoking in the Drive-thru yelling and cursing while talking to the workers inside. Loud enough to echo around. We thought it was a neighborhood argument until she came walking around the corner and into the business then she went right to work rolling up rugs. Unprofessional..

Better only want the items the way they come bc even after willing to pay extra, you can only get pepperoni. Sausage is not an option to be added to anything unless it comes with it already. Had to order a pepperoni with no pepperoni with a side cup of sausage. Real good work around.
