The food was fine. I ordered on line and it was a horrible experience. Half the staff is outside in the parking lot talking to their friends and family, while 2 people are in the store working. The store was packed inside and out. Took almost 50 minutes to get my food. I truly hope that corporate watches the camera’s and starts firing some the staff, they are paying people to do absolutely nothing.

We ordered 4 pizzas online. A pepperoni with LIGHT sauce, a sausage with LIGHT sauce, a cheese with extra Mozzarella with NO sauce, and a bacon with NO sauce. Now, we are helping our daughter move so we thought we’d grab pizzas on our way between loads. We picked it up from the drive thru. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO BEHIND THEM AND DOUBLE CHECK OUR ORDER! So we grabbed them and came back home and all of the pizzas are LOADED with sauce! The attached photos are of the cheese and bacon that were supposed to be ZERO sauce! We have allergies of tomatoes hence ordering a couple of them with NO sauce!

Food was great but service was aweful I stood up front forever it seemed like before they even took my order but they was taking drive thru orders like crazy then when the warmer was empty they asked me so I had to wait for more to be cooked then when the warmer got more pizza they was giving them out the drive thru again I spoke my mind then I’d waited 25 minutes for a cheese and pepperoni pizza’s…… CRAZY…. Oh!!!!! Fix your leaking cooler that rag ain’t going to work all day……

Genuinely the worst little ceasars ever. Would not answer the phone for 40 mins then when they finally did answer waited until I got through my entire order before saying they close at 10pm when the website says 11pm. The worst service. Take notes from the little ceasars in Tazewell because you all are completely awful at the job you are getting paid to do

I would’ve given 5 stars but I tried for over 30 minutes to call my order in so I wouldn’t have to wait with no answer. Literally laid the phone, still ringing, on the seat and drove over. I told the young lady and she said the telephone wire in the wall was burned out and they were waiting on them to fix it after hours because the power had to be off. We didn’t argue, she was very nice, things happen sometimes out of our control. Had to wait on my stuffed crazy bread but it wasn’t even 5 minutes and they brought it out. Hot and delicious!
