The only reason this location is receiving 2 stars from me is for the simple fact that I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the product. However.. since the introduction of the “hot n ready ultimate supreme pizza” I have been ordering nothing but that. It is never ready and I order this weekly or more during their specified times (4-8pm) still there is always a long wait. They informed me today at the window that it is no longer on the hot n ready menu. The marquee, commercials and online ads say otherwise. This product is popular and should be readily available as advertised. I’ve even tried calling ahead to make sure they are prepared and they refuse to take an order for only two pizzas which makes it impossible to achieve their “ready” status. Very disappointed with their service. Last week I visited a busy location in Florida yet they had them ready as advertised. Time to step up to your advertising at the Barboursville wv location.

I’ve visited this place for pizzas a lot, but lately, it’s just really really bad. Today my pizza looked like it had been dropped in the floor. I got grit, and hard pieces in a few slices. The grease was so bad that the crease that folds over the box was pooled throughout the ridge. This is not the first time that’s happened. The past few pizzas are so loaded with grease that it looks like Pepsi or water has been spilt on it, and it tastes like it too. Just pure soggy pizza. I don’t know if this little Caesars and little Caesars of pineville needs new management or what, but I won’t be buying pizza here anymore or in pineville anymore. Middlesboros little Caesars is far superior usually. Yes my sister took a couple bites but other than that, this pizza wasn’t touched, and it was barely cut so she had to cut and tear it to get the little piece she wanted. Disgraceful.

The food was good but the drive thru worker Jordan W. Was beyond ridiculous she was smoking a cigarette inside the door in the back she had the door cracked but she was INSIDE, she didn’t take our order at the speaker she made us drive around and wanted another 15 minutes of ours, we waited over 25 minutes for our food & the 15 minutes wasted were in the drive thru. The other girl with the long dark blonde hair worked front inside was sweet she was a great worker, she was trying her absolute best while the drive thru cashier with caked on make up was running around back with her phone in her hand running her mouth ♀️

they don’t truly engage with the customers there are a couple that do but it’s very quick and always have to remind them to give napkins , they never have cheese pizzas hot n ready and the that are are never really hot unless they are made fresh and they are supposed to be HOT N READY NOT HOT IN FOURTY TO AN HOUR because they are so backed up from not having any made plus other regular orders .

The pizza is fine. It’s a 25% chance on whether you get it warm, cold, burnt or normal. Terribly inconsistent. The lines are ridiculous, they rarely open the lobby, which would minimize the people in drive-thru. Pizza portal is rarely an option. Just horrible management with no clear idea on how this should work or just simple logistics. I wish it was decent again. 5.55 for a 45 minute wait. Don’t defend them, they’re a business taking your money. Lots of it. No excuses.
