Just moved back here after many years. Way to much sauce-still. The sauce overpowers any flavor or toppings I order. Want to tast something besides tomato- acidic tomato that irritates irritable bowel and ulcers! Swimming In sauce. Yuck

I placed order online amd paid online I ordered a calzone amd cookie dough brownies get to thestore amd my code didn’t work at the portal so the lady asked can she help, I told hermy name and she said oh yeah they said they tried calling me about my order cause they couldn’t make the calzoney today amd I showed her my phone where I had no missed call from there and asked about my money that done came out my account so she went to get the manager which was so rude. After about 20 minutes hr finally Gabe my money back well he threw the change and it went on the floor… Just rude.

This place is a JOKE you can never call an order in. So I started ordering online get to store in drive thru told not done pull out front they will bring out. Behind store it is major pothole city. Park out front wait another 30 minutes nothing go in and the staff says oh yeah it’s right here you could have gotten anytime. Get pretzel pizza home over done no salt and not even cut all the way. This store needs a manager who wants to make money. Will not go back.

As a chain, I like Little Caesar’s and admire their business motto. The one in Stanford needs help. Maybe they received a lot of orders at once, but they were barely treading water. It took an hour to fill an internet order for their pizza portal. The lobby had 12 people waiting. They did give us a consolation pizza.

I wish there was an option to choose 0 stars. 0.0 rating for the Stanford location.. I waited for 50 minutes for the new 6$ pepperoni thin crust and still never got it. I’m a Little Caesars fan and have been to several locations in Central Kentucky. This location takes the cake as being the worst one as far as time goes. I have been here several times and there is always a wait for anything on the hot n ready menu, but 50 minutes is excessive.
