I had ordered pizza from another places (cough cough pizza hut) app for a meeting with a client, and they had canceled my order without notifying me. With nowhere else close I rushed across town to little caesars and the last helped me was great and the sweetest person. I walked in to place an order. It was busy at the time so I took my place in line and waited. I was the next in line so I waited for someone to address me and take my order. I would say the two individuals that were working the front passed by me a minimum of 12 comes. I was never addressed and decided to walk out. I am sure others have had better experiences, but not addressing your customers in a timely fashion is unacceptable.

Needed to grab a quick dinner and decided to try the new pretzel crust, I was skeptical at first, but somehow Little Caesars found a way to make it work. the only issue I had with service was that the pizza didn’t actually get ordered until about 10 minutes after we called the store, but overall, it was well worth the wait.

They never have any of the hot and ready stuff. I’ve been so many times for pretzel crust and they never have any. I almost always have to wait for simple pepperoni pizza. Maybe you guys need to build another location if you can’t keep up with the customer demand. This pic I’ve been waiting in line over 5 minutes.
