The food is never consistent. Ordered a pretzel pizza and I believe they used an entire can of cheese on it. Couldn’t pick up a slice without all the toppings sliding off. I like cheese, but this was excessive. Ordered delivery and it was an hour late because the store lost my order 3 times according to the staff when I called. Offered me an additional crazy bread which wouldn’t have been eaten so I declined because I’m not a fan of throwing away food. Just not up to expectations.

I am on a low carb/ no sugar diet, so I can only eat the pizza toppings, and this is our favorite pizza place to order from. It’s inexpensive, delicious, and the employees are always friendly. We live in Mercer County, but prefer the Anderson County location. Definitely a return customer!

Long hair baked in the cheese pizza today. Watching someone pull a long hair from their mouth gagging was disgusting. Otherwise, it was hot and ready. 3 star meets in the middle. Do better, keep your hair back, or wear a hair net.

The pizza was OK but the fact that they wouldn’t take our $10 gift card cause it didn’t come from their store sucked. I’ve never had that happen before. We were spending $20 and they still wouldn’t take it. Then my friend that went in asked for 2 extra marinara sauces and the sign said 59 cents for 1 or 2 for $1. They charged him $3.45 for two. I asked him why he paid that and he said he didnt want anymore trouble. So the pizza that I did online totaled $19.99 but inside it costs $26. We couldn’t use online cause we were paying cash. Can you see why I’ll never go there again. All I’ve got to say is it’s a good thing he went in and not me. I would have scared those little boys working to death. I don’t handle things like that well.

This place gets worse by the day. Placed an order and was told they never got my order. The drive thru is slow as Christmas. Food inside is cold, and one of their 30 year old managers is always up in young boys’ faces. Workers are always on cellphones. No type of structure. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. Has went downhill in the last year!

Not hot and ready. I’ve always had to wait “8-10 minutes” that turns out to be 15-20 minutes. Today they gave away the order we called in so we wouldn’t have to wait, so we still had to wait 15-20 minutes.
