Where do I begin…well, I told them I only have a small fridge, so asked for smaller boxes (Two boxes, half a pizza in each box). They have boxes that fit half a pizza perfectly. I know this because they did it last time I was there. Instead, they stuffed half a pizza into a small cheesy bread box. Smashed the both halves of the pizza. What bonehead thought that up? They have boxes that fit half a pizza perfectly. Then the manager said their boxes are counted so they can’t do that anymore. Ok, fine, whatever, I understand that it costs money. But the biggest reason for this bad review, their attitude. I was kind to them and understanding, but they were rude. The atmosphere in there is terrible. They all look extremely miserable and looked at me with disgust, like they hated me. Definitely find anywhere else to eat. It will be better than this location, by FAR. This is definitely my last visit to this establishment, and judging by their attitude, they’ll be happy to be rid of me.

The food is good, especially for the price. Prices are good, you can get food for 2-4 people for 20$ or less. Sometimes the drive thru can take a while, but that’s mostly just because they’re really busy. Overall I’d say it’s worth the time and price. They also donate a lot of their extra pizzas to the local AMEN House, so your time and money is helping feed others as well.

At night this place has become disgusting! I came in for 3 pretzel I asked for fresh I got old! I called got them replaced, and Jamie the “general manager ” said they was fresh! I wait over 20 minutes to have old pizzas brought out. Then had to wait another 20 minutes and let me say the second time the pizzas was fresh!

Ordered Online thru the App for Carry-Out. Arrive to pick it up, Lobby is locked. Contactless pickup Only via Drive thru. I’m in a Tractor Trailer and that isn’t a option. Knock on the door (loudly enough to be heard inside and not ignored) and got ignored. Call and get attitude because he didn’t like how I knocked on the door. Took my name and hung up. Roughly FIVE minutes later handed my food out the door.

Depending on my experience with this visit to Little Cesar’s, I would not have given them a 1 star if you could choose less!! I was made to wait for 30 minutes after my order that was placed online was supposed to be ready!! When I finally got my food (I had ordered 2 cheesy breads and 1 crazy combo), both of the cheesy bread were lukewarm!

If they’re going to tell people 5-10 minutes and make them pull up to the parking lot then they shouldn’t make people wait 15 and still not have the food. Went through drive thru and they had me pull forward. Not a big deal. Then 15 minutes goes by. The lobby is locked so I couldn’t go in. So I go through drive thru again. They “lost” my order and the woman that originally took it wouldn’t even look at me and got someone else. People need to learn how to do their jobs correctly. They don’t get paid to text on their phones. I saw 3 of them standing in a corner texting while a manager was right there counting the drawer.

Ordered online for a pickup, arrived at 6:30pm, as I was walking up an employee closed the doors and rudely said Lobby is closed, go through the drive through” which had 9 cars waiting to order. Spent another 20 minutes waiting in line to pick up my food. Last time I get food from here.
