Store used to be great. Went the other day and was told it was a 30 minute wait. Which I was completely okay with as long as I am told which they did. But while waiting some employees were just waking around as the shift lead was helping make orders. But while there the manager had a redo order and used some not so kid friendly vocabulary.

Definitely not the worst location. Staff was friendly but busy. I ordered an original cheese and pepperoni ahead and it took over 40 min which is far longer than any sit in and dine restaurant I’ve ever been too. I know its busy but even making my own pizzas from scratch dont take half that time.

It was very busy, and they had what look like, 4 young men working. The store was clean, they were all very nice and stayed really close to the quoted time. And even though customers weren’t so nice, the young men remained calm and help to assist the customer

Due to the majority of the staff being children. Everything about this place is immature. The food is very mediocre, the service is terrible and all the customers usually look about each other when a name is called due to the fact they mess up order names so often. It’s just a really awkward experience. Plus when do they ever have ” hot n ready” pizza?????

Look. If you advertise Hot’n’Ready pizza, then we shouldn’t have to wait 25 minutes for them. This isn’t a one time thing either, the last four times we’ve come in, they aren’t in there. There’s got to be a better way to service your customers.

We placed a very large order for a child’s birthday party. When I told o worker (wish I had gotten his name) he asked how many kids then gave me free bags of cookies! Then without asking, he helped me get the order safely in my car. I have great respect for the young man (possibly reddish hair) and his friendliness and work ethic.

We ordered 2 classic pepperoni pizzas on Saturday 3/18. Picked up in the portal that talks to you. Both pizzas were cooked to perfection. It was delicious. I’ve had bad experiences before, but had to shout out whoever is working there today. Good job!
