Generally, this location is okay, it use to be great, but quality has gone way down. Employees are either not empowered or don’t care when they do a poor job. Tonight, I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, I pointed out the crust was wrong, they insisted it was right and said “sorry”, but no one tried to get a manager. I left, now eating the pizza, the crust is not right! They did at least sprinkle some of the salt on the pizza though. Not Happy!

Ordered by App ahead of time. Got there to pick it up, wasn’t ready. Waited inside, very hot inside that store. Seen many people coming and going on pick ups. The portal wasn’t working and didn’t on the last visit unless you scan the QR symbol, then it will. The display on the portal wasn’t working either. I waited patiently. I ordered at 623pm and didn’t walk out until 740. Once I got my order, got to my car, checked it and it was completely wrong. Took it back in and had to wait longer. Not one time did the manager offer any type of store credit or anything. Once I got my order again, I had to ask an employee if I could get store credit. They only offered some crazy bread and a couple brownies. I walked out with that. I got home, ready to eat and the pizza was terrible. Dry and toppings were very thinned out.

Ordered on door dash it’s absolutely disgusting what they sent out. Burned , cold and poorly put together pizza. I gave it to my dog and even he didn’t want it. I would NEVER order from this location again.

Placed online order said it would be ready at 5:20. Got to the window at 5:20 an pizza was ready hot and fresh. Very good customer service! Even with them being very busy visit was perfect!

Super slow coming to the drive through window. The guy seemed like he hated his job and didn’t want to be there. I did a mobile order and both pizzas were wrong and so uneven. Outside of crust was super thick and then got thinner going towards the middle,very odd.

I spoke with a kid named Caleb Thompson, that said he was a manager for the Crestwood location. I ordered 1 pizza online at 3:40p, my pickup order said it would be ready by 4:04p. I waited longer just to make sure I didn’t have to wait because I am sick. I get there at 4:45p and the order still wasn’t ready. So I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t do this. If they had at least one actual adult running this location, this would have been corrected properly. As I ask for my pizza, they try to give me 6 boxes of pizza and 2 orders of cheesy bread. I had only ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. Teach these kids how to run a company, and speak to an adult with respect.

I went to Crestwood on a Thursday evening around 7 to get a pizza. They said they had nothing ready. It would be 30 – 45 minutes. They did not have anything hot and ready. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what but it was discouraging. Domino’s carry out took about 10 minutes
