Quick and easy to get in, pick up your order and even add to your order then pay and you’re out of there! Only two things I would make a note on : first, realizing there are times when they’re very busy, for an associate to notice the customer and make some comment indicating they recognize they are there would help tremendously and second perhaps the phone is not for taking orders but someone should either answer it or get rid of it!

Meesha needs a raise! That girl went above and beyond her job duties I’m sure with me. I had a fundraiser order that I was having trouble with knowing if I ordered there or not because I didnt receive an email.She went out of her way and called two other places to see if I ordered there which I did not. Took my phone, checked it, found the problem. Had what I needed in the order bin. Took control and satisfied me more than ever known. I will bring more of my business here due to her. She deserves a promotion!

Unprofessional staff. Just giggling behind the counter in front of you but canr serve you. You pay extra for a customized pizza and they don’t get it right. You bring it back and get an attitude and God forbid you try to get someone to answer the phone. That’s just the norm for it too. Absolutely ridiculous and the prices aren’t even that competitive anymore. I do not recommend this location until they can get some competent workers.

One of pizza wasnt cut even close to being right, the bottom of the 3 pizza were all burned, so its was very dry and bland to eat. This isn’t the first time the pizza has been bad.

I would not recommend this location. I ordered multiple pizzas as well as cheesy bread. All of it was burnt and hard. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. I went back to the location, and the employees refused to fix the order. The employee who I was dealing with was very rude, called me a liar, and talked to multiple customers in a very nonprofessional manner. The employees refused to give out their names when asked after treating customers like they were nothing but dirt. Multiple customers had the same complaints as me. They still refused to do anything about it. The pizza was already terrible; however, the service was the worst I have ever seen. It was nearly $40 for food that couldn’t even be eaten.

Mesha has always been the sweetest person to talk to when I come in. I’m come in at least once a week to get two peps. She’s the best one up there I believe. She gives great customer service and meets the needs of others. Her smile as well adds to the magic she gives to the company. I don’t know what wage she has but she needs a raise. I waited 15 minutes longer for my order. (Total of 35 minutes) I sat outside the entire time so I know they weren’t busy. I purchased 3 pizzas and an order of breadsticks this evening. All of which was over cooked and hard, even my children couldn’t chew it. No one was willing to exchange the pizzas and they were extremely rude stating “We don’t even know that these pizzas came from here” which I proceeded to show them my debit card purchase. I will NEVER order from them again and I would highly recommend no one else does either. Customer service courses are in great need at this location!
