The pizza is usually good here, hardly have any issues with my orders. The customer service is awful though! As soon as I walked in, the lady impolitely yelled out to several customers and I that there wouldn’t be any food available for 10 minutes and that we would have to just wait. I then explained that I had placed a mobile order ahead of time and the app claimed it was ready in the Portal. So, I asked if I still needed to wait. She made a face and repeated the same thing she said earlier. And I understand that, that’s not the issue… But she could have had a different approach. Extremely rude. That attitude was just unnecessary.

Visited this location today and the young lady with the short love is extremely rude and not attentive. I stood at the register ready to pay and she had her phone in hand texting the entire time to even noticed. Leaned over the counter texting the entire time, rude to every customer who visited after me. If I was a franchise owe we she would not be working at my business!

Their pizzas a usually good. Service was Great in the past. Last couple of times I have been in my local one they did not have any pizzas waiting to be purchased I mean, their signature hot and ready. Tonight, everybody had to wait in their order to be cooked. To make it worse, I had to recut my pizza. By the way mine was cut, I would say they did not take the time or did not care

It’s ok, but look at your pizza before you leave. I had an incident where it looked as if they took one of the easy pizzas and made it into a supreme. You could tell because the toppings a actually fell off when we picked it up. The lady said,”it is according who makes and that I should have asked for extra cheese.” I call silly because everybody knows when you make another pizza into something else that it didn’t start out to be, you add cheese to make the topping stick. It was a let down.

I ordered through DoorDash and it was amazing! It did not taste like fast food pizza. They didn’t skimp on sauce and cheese. They were extremely fast and the food was hot while our drink was cold. Great job!

Ho-N-Ready wasn’t Hot-N-Ready. It was ready and took less than a min to purchase from the time I walked in the door, which is freaking awesome, but it did seem like the pizza was getting old and it wasn’t very hot. It was still good and me and my wife finished it later that night without any complaints. Would it have been hot and fresh, or hot period, I would have given it a 5 star rating. Please no hating because I understand that the food is premade in order to be ready but it is supposed to be replaced with fresh food after a certain amount of time. I think the food warmer was malfunctioning or turn down to low because our pizza was barely warm and we ate in my truck in the parking lot.
