Ordered online, including a drink. Arrived to an empty drink cooler. Waited 5 minutes for someone to finish counting nickels to hand me the marinara I also already paid for. This photo is the ‘deep dish’ that they gave me. The ‘extra most bestest’ I ordered was mostly bread with a bit of cheese in the center and literally 10 pepperonis.

When I walked in, my first thought was that this place was small and dirty. I looked at the counter, and no one was behind it. When someone finally came, she clearly had no interest in wanting to take my order. I asked for two pretzel stuffed crust pizzas and crazy bread. When I was done paying, she told me to wait about 15 minutes, I gave her 20 before returning. When I came back there was a different worker there and she said 5 more minutes so I thought “hey I can chill in here for 5 mins, I’m no rush” and then the first lady comes back our and tells me there is 10 minutes on pizza and that I’m not allowed to be inside. Once I finally got my food, they gave me the wrong crush and covered both pizzas in salt. No matter how much you try to wipe off, it’s impossible to eat a whole slice. Absolutely worst server and food I have ever had from Little Caesars.

On April 30th @ about 5pm I had the worst customer service at this location. The person that was working the counter was down right rude. I came in asking for the Free Crazy Combo with pizza purchase. They told me I had to order thru the app they couldn’t enter the coupon code. Then they walked away. I downloaded the app and was trying to place my order and the app kept deleting my order and my coupon. So I asked for help and told him the app was acting up. He basically ignored me. Then he told me to leave the lobby and work on it in the car. No help at all. Because of this service I will never walk into this establishment again!

This location would be a good place to put a pizza joint. You can go in 10 minutes before noon (lunch time), and they won’t have a single pizza or bread stick ready. The clerk will tell you it’s in the oven and take your payment, then go to the back and start making your pizza. What happened to Hot & Ready? It may be hot, but they sure aren’t READY. I figured I’d be smart and order online with a pick up time 30 minutes later. I show up exactly 30 minutes later and they haven’t even started making it yet! I guess online ordering doesn’t help. And apparently, the two people working there favorite word is m’fer, because that is all you hear coming from the back. Never again.

I placed an order online for a crazy bread, a thin crust and an extra most bestest, expecting fresh pizza. Boy, I was wrong. The thin crust was cold and limp. It was disgusting. The extra most bestest had the normal amount of topping as a regular pizza. The crazy bread were very small bread sticks with no flavor. It was the absolute worst food I’ve ever gotten there. I couldn’t even eat it. I tossed my plate and made ramen. The rest of the family ate it but told me to never go back. Frozen pizza tastes better. Sorry LC but that experience was bad.

I have now officially given up on little Caesar’s pizza they have one job and can’t even do it. Their pizza isn’t even worth $5. I will not be a returning customer. It looks like someone scooped out the cheese on 2 slices and most of the pizza has big air pockets and hardly any cheese.
