We went to pick up 4 pizzas for dinner. Sat for 10 mins before we got our order that had been sitting on the counter the whole time while we weren’t even acknowledged till she finally asked what we ordered. Then we had 2 pizzas that were a little doughy but deal-breaker but the other 2 were barely cooked and raw dough in the center. And the cheese pizza looked like it had been dropped. I will never go to this location again.

I have to be honest, I will not return to this location. I understand young people may want/need to work. I’m not against that however they need more structure. Any location where there are too many teenagers and a super relaxed supervisor it will be chaos. It was the final straw, I went in and there were about 8 young people playing in the back, some were in the front scrubbing and cleaning using water that was murky grey. The didn’t change the water and continued to smear that contaminated towel over all the surfaces. I asked, ” are you all prepping for inspection?” The young lady said “yeah” I have NEVER understood why people are given a heads up on preparing. It defeats the purpose. They play in the back around your food, touch everything and handle food it’s just a mess. I didn’t feel comfortable speaking to the MGR because clearly he’s incompetent. He was there and didn’t address it.

So I ordered one extra most bestest pep and one extra most bestest sausage and crazy bread. As you can see from the pic I could have ordered a regular of both and left off the crazy bread bc there’s as much crust as there is pizza on both and neither come close to having the toppings it’s supposed to for the upcharge. All I paid extra for was the words. and the crazy bread was just bread no garlic or parm or whatever they put on it. Plus just look at em they look so sad bro whyyyyyy?????. This is the 2nd time since I lived in horn lake for 3 years that I been. Both times was disappointed. The first I got a pizza that had literally 4 inches of crust around the outside where do they find these people? I will say it was piping hot n had a good taste. But come on a couple slices had one piece of topping hey what can u expect from the dollar tree of pizza chains.
