Consistently not having hot and ready numerous times that I have been here. I have had to wait for over 30 minutes just for 4 pepperoni slices pizzas that are supposed to be Hot-n-Ready between 4-8PM. During those wait times I have seen numerous instances of poor customer service. If it wasn’t for the price and taste of the pizzas I would use Dominos but pretty sure from now on I’m going to. I was told 12-15 minutes and was given no apology for the wait or explanation. Weekly customer lost.

Good food! Service, however, needs to be stepped up. They advertise hot and ready, and here in Sparta, you have to wait between 30-40 minutes for your order even if you ordered ahead of time using the mobile app.

Ordered three separate orders of wings was only given one condiment of ranch for all three orders when I ask for a serving of ranch for each order they tried to charge me $2.43 per ranch I’ll never eat there again

They are pushing there business out the door… was told they can’t take any bills bigger than a 20 and refuse you service if you do. As a corporate business they should keep change. I am a store manager and would never deny someone’s business over how they choose to pay
