Ordered a pizza on the app and the app notified me my pizza was ready. When walking in the store I told the woman at the counter my order is ready and gave her my name she said nope we don’t have an order under that name. Even tho my order was sitting in the warmer. I then purchased two sodas off the app because I didn’t have my wallet and they don’t take Apple Pay in store. The woman was very snotty and wouldn’t even look at my phone to see I purchased the sodas. This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had customer service wise.

If you want fresh cheesy bread, say you want it made fresh. Chances are what they have is OLD even if they tell you it was just put in. Also bring your own pizza cutter, there product is never cut through if at all.

My husband and I love this place. We recently tried pizza hut because they had delivery and that turned out to be a nightmare for us. We love this place and won’t go anywhere else. Id much rather wait 15-20 mins for a loaded hot pizza at a great price then go to pizza hut for delivery on a overpriced pizza that was cold and floppy and took over an hour to receive. Keep up the good work. You may have to wait a little bit for a hot and ready but it’s worth the wait cause it will be fresh.

Called in our order, repeated order to person taking my order. They said yes thats what they had. Get there and they told me they thought I ordered crazy bread instead of Italian cheese bread. So we have to wait another 20 minutes at least for 2 orders of cheese bread. Then when I get to the car to have a piece of cheese bread and pass it out to our children, its only cut in to 6 pieces. I mean come on now. Step it up Little Ceasars of Livingston. You can do better.

I’ve been here COUNTLESS times and I’m pretty sure MAYBE once did they actually have a hot & ready well, ready. Usually it’s a 15 minute wait. Defeats the purpose of being able to run in on lunch and get a pizza that’s HOT AND READY. it’s also been multiple different times of day and times during the week, so it’s not “lunch rush” excuse either.

Absolutely horrible. Will never go back. Ordered 4 pizzas and live 35 minutes away. Hardly had any sauce at all. Called them back to try to get replaced or refund and they did not want to work with me at all. We will never be back and I would strongly suggest if you want a good pizza to go somewhere else in Livingston.

Went in this morning to get a pizza after being at the park and was ridiculed by the cashier for wanting to buy my children a pizza at 10:57am… just curious why the store opens at 10 if they don’t want actual customers until “lunch time”. We then had to wait over 20 minutes for the actual pizza to come and got it home to find it missing cheese on over half of it. Normally I wouldn’t bother to complain but stuff like this happens every time I get pizza from this location.

i am so disappointed in how this place has gone downhill. i dont know how many teenage monkeys it takes to read an order screen and get it right. 2 times they have screwed up my order. the first time i did not complain because it wasnt that big of a deal. please do better. but on the bright side. each time they mess up. i get a free pizza.
