Little caesars as a whole is failing its customers. Try to order pizza online. And it said you could pay with credit card or cash tried to pay cash, it wouldn’t accept it. Drove all the way to location only to be told the advertised deal was not available in store. Manager was asked why but didn’t know and claimed it was corporates fault. Manager had never been on the site so couldn’t understand the problem. As I was leaving they started laughing.

On Mar 10, 2023 at 5:13 I placed an in store order (5005942) for a Specialty Supreme Pizza and Italian Cheese Bread from Little Caesars in Livingston. Larry, took my order said that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was there in 25 to pick up my order. When I arrived home and opened the boxes of well awaited yummy pizza and bread, I noticed that the pizza was not fully cooked. The center of the pizza was a bit soggy and the pizza was cold. The Italian Cheese bread was overcooked and dry; it too was cold. For as long as I’ve bought pizza and sides at Little Caesars in Livingston, I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of the food; it’s always been great! Of course, this incident will not deter me from being a customer of this restaurant. I understand that mistakes are made and that sometimes not everyone is on top of their game, so to speak. I wanted you to know about my experience so that this does not happen to someone who is not as understanding and compassionate as I am.

I ordered through the app for a pickup at their kiosk. I ordered 1 pepperoni Hot n Fresh, 1 Crazy bread w sauce, 1 split pizza that was half pepperoni and half cheese sticks w bacon, 1 Chicago style pepperoni and with tax it was $31 which is a good price and it’s feeding 5 ppl. The establishment was very clean from what I could see but I didn’t see any employees but they could have been in the back preparing pizza. The only issue I had with my entire order was the Chicago Style Deep Dish. It’s 8 rectangular/square shaped slices with a pan style thick crust. Two of the corner pieces were rounded off as if they ran out of dough and so there for it didn’t make 2 complete slices of pizza. It’s not enough to deter me from ordering from them again. Never anything hot or ready lucky if you see a human being. Saw a man leave because whomever showed up from the back helped someone else who was behind him. Nothing ever hot and ready over and over this chain sucks. Even reached out to the owner. He is even more useless than his staff. Never offered any discount just wanted to know who was working so he could blame them. Typical man or woman in charge right! Why not go down and fix any problems for yourself. LAZY. Horrible embarrassment for the little ceasers name. YOU ARE Horrible!!!! Such a shame people spend they hard earned money during an inflation on you. How do you sleep? I am guessing quite well as you have dollars under your pillow.

I have always liked Little Caesers but the one in Algood very seldom has pizzas ready. They advertise thin crust all the time available from 4-8. I have tried 4 times and all 4 times they have none ready. If you are going to advertise it then it should always be available. Probably wont try again.

3rd time getting under cooked doughy food in a year. 1st time was the stuffed cheese bread. I figured it was just accident. 2nd time we got the stuffed cheese bread, under cooked. Called and had to bring it to them for them to say “are you sure it isn’t cheese”. You can tell just fine between dough and cheese. They made us another. We went home to find same dough problem. 3rd time we got the Batman calzone and the calzone part was dough. Not sure what the problem is with cooking but we would rather go to speedway now and get a cooked pizza.
