The young lady working the counter was RUDE. I ordered pizza through the app and it gave me an approximate pick up time although the pizza was made and ready quicker than the estimated time. I go to pick it up close to the approximate time. I tried to put the code in. Didn’t work because my order wasn’t in there. I asked her for assistance and she told me it “expired” with the worst attitude. She proceeded to THROW the pizza on the counter. The crazy bread package was wide open. No smile. Looked at me like i’m stupid. They need to learn how to be nice or simply find a new job. I will no longer order from this location. I will drive further for better service.

Paid for two pizzas, a 2l soda, and two garlic sauces. I got only the pizzas. I was not refunded the delivery fee nor was the rest of my order replaced. You have to be here in person when you order and pick up. They don’t care about the customer.

The pizza was sloppy. It was super thin in the middle and thick on the edge. Ordered crazy bread.. was basically just dough. No seasoning on it at all. I won’t be going back to that location. Little Caesar’s has gone downhill. Basically it’s cheap sloppy pizza that you eat when there’s nothing else to eat.

8 pm tonight, Stage and Bartlett Blvd location. I had to wait for my order. While waiting a young man came in, paid and walked out with a ‘lunchbox’ box and a marinara sauce on top of it. About 2 minutes later he walks back in with the box and sauce. Mumbles something to the girl behind the counter and she hands him a new ‘lunchbox’ box and marinara and he walks out. The ‘lunchbox’ box he returned was placed right back in the warmer ready for the next customer. Maybe you ordered the box he returned tonight.

Burnt pizza and crazy bread. When I reached home I saw it, so I called and the manager said, “Bring it back and explain. I am home, and if I have to bringing I am expecting something for free because I am wasting my time and gas. The manager said ok, but when I got there, he just took the pize and the bread, and he just exchanged it, and I asked him about getting something free. He got loud and said he was not giving me anything free and walked off

This location was horrible and very unprofessional and majority of the workers looked like kids. When I arrived and asked for a cheese pizza the young lady with glasses showed them to me from the heater they were old, burnt, and very hard. (I knew they were hard because a lady came out before me and stated she had to return them for being so hard for her her child to chew). I asked her to make a cheese and pepp fresh for me and my 3 children at 7:44pm. The lady stated it would only take about 10 mins but instead it took 30 mins. Within 15 mins of that wait time I came back into the store and she stated they both were coming out the oven, but that wasn’t the case at all. I asked for a refund at 8:15pm and THEN I was approached with the pizzas. I refused to take them and asked for a refund. The manager had stepped outside and I was told he’d be right back. I waited until about 8:24pm and was given a refund. Now the manager was polite with issuing the refund, but I believe they didn’t start working on my pizzas until I came back in the store to check on them, and she stated they were coming out the oven. That was very unprofessional considering my kids were hungry and now I have to drive somewhere else to get them something different.

In this bag is some addictive stuff crazy bread. It’s hot, garlicky, buttery and delicious. I would have like to give this place 5 stars but my only negative is they are possibly cooking the bread too long and the cheese is coming out of it. Overall, good customer service as well.
