Ordered online. 1 pepperoni, 1 supreme and “designed” my own sausage with “lite” sauce. Was pleased it was ready before promised. Got it to my Mom’s home and none of the pizzas had sauce … they were so dry. The pepperoni was only cheese no pepperoni. Almost $27. My husband called and was told he would need to bring it back in. 16 mile round trip … plus hungry people. Bad customer service.

On my last visit, the card reader had a malfunction. I was lacking over $3 in cash. (I never carry cash) After several attempts to fix the problem by the management, the cashier pulled his wallet out and said he would pay for it and then a young girl did the same. I told them that I could do without it, it was no problem. I had never met the young man or woman before. They insisted to pay. I applaud these two individuals for their compassion. Still, though, I was disappointed in the manager for allowing them to do it. I left with the pizza and hope in humanity that the younger generation wasnt lost.

Ordered two pizza. Had to wait for one to be made. Was told 11 minutes so I went to Food City next door to grab a few things. 15 minutes later I come back to pick my pizza up and was told they couldn’t find it. They had to remake it. No one in charge came up front to acknowledge what happened. People in the back had no idea what they were doing. Finally got my pizzas, one was cold and the other obviously just came out of the oven. My original order was taken at 4:30 I didn’t get my other pizza tell 5:15. My order wasn’t the only order that was messed up. Complete chaos! There was a an older lady in plane clothes walking around on her phone in the back then walked outside that looked like she was maybe management but she was helping anyone.

I know how busy it can get for food places but when u call back at different times of the day and still don’t get a answer on the phone is ridiculous worse experience I have had I would rather pay the extra money to get pizza from a different place that at least answers the phone

Ordered pickup online and was charged $20.50 for one deep dish supreme. Was told at the store it was because I ordered it online. Apparently you get charged an extra $1.50 per item when you order the deep dish supreme even though it says $13.50 on their website?! This is the explanation I got from whoever the girl was that was in charge. Refused to refund the $7 that I was overcharged. Done with these scammers. Nice racket they’re running, the mafia would be proud!

I waited till my 4th trip to leave a review. All 4 trips I’ve not left in under 30 minutes. The first trip 2 weeks ago was a call in. They gave my order away TWICE . I called it in and ONE HOUR later finally Got to leave with what I ordered. no exaggeration!!! The last 2 trips i waited 30 + minutes for one pepperoni and one pretzel pizza and one Italian cheese bread. There were SEVERAL unhappy customer while I was there there every time I’ve went. This last trip for 2 pretzel pizzas will be my last trip . There is NO organization and obviously lacking good management. I’ve worked in pizza places when I was younger and these kids apparently have NO guidance working there. No one k ow what’s going on. This place needs new management . I’m not one to complain much because I know how customer service can be..but there is no excuse for it to be this bad.
