Called in an order to make things faster for my family due to the fact we have a loved one on her death bed with less than 24hrs left. I was told 15 min. On my order so I gave them 20. When I get there I’m told it will be 10 more min so I pay and wait. While I’m waiting I realized what I ordered is not what was rung up so I let them know and they apologized and started making the correct order. However after sitting in the lobby for 15 more min. I over hear the cashier saying they had just put my order in the oven. It took me over an hour and a half to “sneak a way” to get food for the fam….

Just got home with my pizza and had to cook it. It wasn’t done at all. I called to let them know and the response I got was “ok”. No I’m sorry, no bring it back and we will give you a cooked pizza, nope, simply “ok”. Check your pizza before you make it out the door.

Pizza Pizza not the best baking job this time. Ordered 2 exactly the same crust and toppings for both pizzas (in picture). One looked like it was baked twice and the crust was old looking and flat. The other had nice melted cheese and fluffy crust. (Minus 2 stars)

Well what can I say besides this place has went down hill from the last time I ordered here. Got me a Deep Dish Pepperoni and 2 orders of Italian Cheese Bread. Cheese Bread Was Fantastic As Always Not So Much The Pizza. Took a bite started chewing and got me a big taste of RAW PIZZA DOUGH was like ok maybe just maybe the rest is done NOPE STARTED CHEWING AND GOT A NICE BIG TASTE OF RAW DOUGH. SOME WILL SAY NOT ITS CHEESE TRUST ME IT WASNT CHEESE. SO I DID WHAT I HAD TO DO AND THREW IT ALL IN THE TRASH WERE IT BELONGS
