Went to get the hot and ready pizzas as I always do and I’ve never had a problem before tonight. First of all the pepperoni pizza was burnt and the cheese pizza looked like one big glob. It wasn’t even cut good. I had to ask the little girl at the window how much my order was three times because I could not hear her or understand what she was saying. I call her a little girl because she looked barely old enough to be working and she obviously was not happy to be there working tonight. She just looked like she was miserable. Come on Little Caesars, you can do better than this.

Love there pizza but wish they would cut it better it’s annoying when you go to grab a piece and it doesn’t want to part from the rest of the pizza

I had to go back three different times for them to give me what I ordered without messing it up. And on the 3rd time the pizza was still doughy and the bacon that was supposed to be present was nearly nonexistent. After three times I just left because, jesus.

I was going to spend $40 at the Elizabethton TN store but they don’t accept $100 bills they will take 2 50s but no 100 so I spent my money at domino’s who has better pizza anyway good luck little Caesars. I will never be back so you lost More than $40

Just had the best experience at little Caesar’s tonight. Ordered two thin crust pizzas and when we came to pick them up they were just coming out of the oven. They looked so good me and my boyfriend had to eat some in the parking lot lol. The person who took our order was so sweet, the guy at the window was also very nice, and the pizza was literally the best I’ve had in a long time. All around great experience. To whoever worked tonight on 7/20/21, you guys rock!

Terrible food, terrible service, changed their closing time from 11 to 10 and said it happened after COVID. This was a lie as Google says they just changed their hours. This place needs all new management and staff.
