Ordered cheese,pepperoni,and crazy bread said be a 10-15 wait. After waiting just handed 1 pizza and crazy bread I told them what I ordered they forgot to ring it up so had to pay again and wait another 10-15. This location use to be fast and great service. Been faster to go to the food city next door and got a frozen pizza and cooked it at the house

Ordered a cheese pizza and when I opened it later the dough was still soft and sort of doughy. Wasn’t even hardly started to brown. They did have one hot and ready which has not been the case many times with this location. I have started driving further to a different location because of it.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter on Sunday June 11, 2023. I ordered on the app…asked for 1 large deep dish pizza NO SAUCE, pepperoni and mushrooms. It came with pepperoni and sauce NO mushrooms…the other was a large cheese pizza LIGHT SAUCE , it came to me with heavy sauce. I called at 5:32 about the soda , they said they’d bring 1 out ASAP …it is 6:32 now. After opening the boxes and seeing the pizzas I called back amd asked for the manager….he offered to remake the pizzas..well my grandchildren were already eating them so I declined..he didn’t offer a credit or refund. I have been in customer service all of my life and cannot believe that was the best he could do. I have cancer and my money is extremely tight. I will NOT ever return to Little Ceasars again.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would they messed our 1st order up . We called they supposedly wrote down our name to replace it. Yet tonight they refused little Caesars just lost ours as well as friends and family business I will be speaking with corporate would not recommend

I went to this location yesterday to pick up two hot and ready pizzas and an order of crazy bread. The girl working the counter seemed to be anywhere else but work. There were at least four of us waiting on our orders. The girl before me finally walked up to the counter and asked her to check and see if her order was ready. Sure enough, it was and it had been sitting there for who knows how long. Another man before had the exact same thing happen. Two men came in after me and received their orders ahead of mine. The lady at the register asked me my name and my order four times in between everyone else getting their orders. She finally said she didn’t know what the cooks did with my order, but pulled everything I ordered out of the warmers behind the counter. I had been waiting at least 25 minutes on yet again, an order that was already completed but she wasn’t focused on her task at hand. I won’t be going back.
