I called to inform them they had sent two uncooked pizzas. The manager of the store proceeded to tell at me stating “I’m wasting my time standing here talking to someone like you.” The manager Annie F. is rude, untrained and unprofessional. She should not treat a customer in this manner and should not be working with the public. I would not recommend ordering from this store and they have lost a customer.

Went ordered food we had to wait a few. Got order was wrong called Mgr said would not correct without bringing pizzas back with receipt. Went back ask the nice guy about returning home with cold pizzas since I had to take back and forth. She wouldn’t cone up. So kids got cold pizza. Where is customer service these days. Wouldn’t complain if she wasn’t rude on the phone.

I would leave less stars if I had the option. I work right up above this location. When my food was delivered it was not hot at all! The crazy bread was tough. I don’t know why they give you so much sauce, there is certainly not enough crazy bread to use even a third of it. An $8.50 order ended up costing me $18!!!!!! There was a delivery charge, service charge, and a small order charge. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! Come on guys!!!!!! You can do way better than that!

Tonight I inconviently came in when there were about 30 people waiting for pizza and ended up waiting an hour for my pizza, but the way the situation was handled made all the difference in the world. The employees apologized over and over, talked to me while I was waiting, even refunded my money when I finally got my order, I was very impressed with their service. The guy working the front, Garrison, was on his second day of training and was having to run the front by himself and did an exceptional job keeping up. He’s going to be very great at his job! Very pleased with the whole experience even though it took awhile. Will definitely be back!

I ordered a large pepperoni with thin crust and it was perfect . The pizza had just come out of the oven a d was hot and delicious. I would definetly order from little carsar in gray again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! My food is always burned and the customer service sucks! WHO HANDS OUT FREE FOOD TICKETS FOR BAD SERVICE AND DOESN’T FIX THE PROBLEM? Grow up and learn how to run a restaurant or close your doors please! OUR HEALTH STARTS WITH OUR FOOD PEOPLE.

Megan Mimms from Gray, Little Caesars is very rude. The last 4 times I have ordered from this particular store they have not put the extra cheese that I requested and paid for on my pizza. Today I brought it to Megan’s attention and she stood there and argued with me. When I asked for her name she rudely replied “I am with a customer”. What was I? Chopped liver. She sacasticly gave her name then I asked for her last name. Again, she sarcastically gave it to me. I thanked her and told her to have a nice day. Her reply was “Oh, I will.” Kids these days have no respect. I will not return to that location.
