Tuesday May 9th 5:42pm I ordered a stuffed crust with Bacon, black olives, and banana peppers. I also ordered an order of Italian cheese bread. Was told at first it would be ready at 6:00pm. Then was told 6:20 PM before the end of the call. I arrived, waited until 6:20 PM to go inside. I was told they are short staffed and running behind. I paid and was told my order would be brought to my car when it was ready. I sat and waited until 6:50pm and decided to walk in and check on what was going on. The door was locked… So I got back in my car and pulled up to the drive thru to ask if my darn pizza was done. The kid grabbed it from the hot box…no idea how long it had been ready…and said “sorry about that.” So 6:58 PM now pizza in hand. I drove off, got home to find that instead of banana peppers there were pepperonis… I called the store and the ‘manager?’ that answered was apologetic, but blamed the mistake on the new guy working the line…after that call I reviewed the receipt to find that the manager who took my order on the phone had charged me for Pepperonis, Bacon, black olives, AND Banana peppers. Though somehow I didn’t get banana peppers, I did get pepperoni that I didn’t ask for but apparently paid for… This is a wreck. If you are so short staffed that you become overwhelmingly incompetent, CLOSE YOUR STORE!!

This store is a joke. I ordered through their app NOT DoorDash for delivery and was shorted a pizza. I called the store to get my 3rd pizza and their supposed manager told me I was a liar and that they do not have a delivery option on their app and even if they did that all 3 pizzas were picked up from whoever picked it up. Refused to try to make it right or fix it. If you are a manager you should know what’s offered on your own app. Manager also hung up on me 3 times when I was trying to talk to her and was laughing about pizza missing.

Bread sticks were the only hot thing in my order! Not to mention the fact that I had made my order online and it still took 20 minutes longer then my pickup time to get my order! Do yourself a favor and drive the extra time to the Maryville Tennessee location always great HOT pizza and bread sticks there! And the cookie dough brownies leave a lot to be desired for so I don’t recommend them for 4.00! You can make your own cheaper than that and get more than 4 teeny tiny squares!

This has to be the worst Little Caesars ever! If I could, I’d give it 0 stars! Pull up, ask what they have ready and they say nothing is ready but yet I can see pizza sitting in the warmers. I’ve called orders in and they’ve not been ready or even started on when I go try to pick my food up. Either hire better people or close this store because it’s absolutely worthless! Do better Little Caesars!!!

Every time I’ve ordered from here on the app, I walk in and the pizza is always laying on the counter. Never in the portal pick up. Always rude kids especially before closing. I get it’s late and you are ready to go home. I don’t understand why you have to be so rude.

DO NOT ACCEPT DOOR DASH ORDERS FROM LITTLE CAESARS IN MADISONVILLE TN. I am a dasher and i had to wait from 6:25-6:55 on THREE ITEMS. I finally asked an employee whats going on around the 20min mark and found out that 2 of the items have been finished and sitting on the counter but the 3rd was not even being prepared yet. I watched them serve at least 10 other customers that came after me.

I ordered online for a 4:30 pick up and my order took till 5:10 the order was wrong. They can’t understand how to put veggies on just half a pizza. The wings I ordered was cold because they couldn’t make the pizza right after 3 trys. I gave up and just took the pizza that was wrong and left.

Tuesday evening almost 6:00 p.m. and they don’t even have their sign on yet. It’s no wonder this place is dead. Not to mention while waiting I observed the worker who was slicing pizzas stick his hand up the back of his shirt scratch his back and proceed to cut more Pizza without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting.
