Ordered from this store twice this week and both times the. Ustomer service sucked they were more concerned about cutting up and chit chatting then tending to the customer (s) both times they messed my order the first time they threw all the toppings in the middle of the pizza and the second time they put cheese sauce instead of regular sauce I will not go back to this store

Normally I love little Caesars. I don’t usually go to this location. They undercooked my bfs and is Togo pizza. It was practically raw. Had to throw pieces into the air fryer for several minutes when I got home. We even placed the order online and set it for 915, 45 mins in advance so why was it so raw

Watched person after person after person come in and order their pizzas and get them instantly. I was told I would have a 5-10 minute wait on my 2 pep 2 cheese order. For 30 minutes I waited. Someone else came in and ordered the same as I did and got their order instantly. So i brought this to the attention of the cashier and she rolled her eyes after asking for my name. She went to the back and grabbed my order, which I have no idea how long it was just sitting back there, and walks out and looks at me without a word and holds the pizzas out. I’ll drive across town before I come to this location again. Get an adult there to reign in these high school kids.

The worse experience I have ever had first off the pizza they charged me for tasted like it was made days ago!!!! Then when I complained they said as long as I brought back half of the order they would replace it so I took it back and the young girl working the front tells me they will only replace what I brought back so that means I had to drive back home to get the others out of the garbage and take them back for her to still not want to replace my whole order!!!! When I asked for the man’s name I talked to on the phone she refused to give it to me then when I asked for her managers name she refused to give the the managers name then when I asked for their coorperate number she refused and said they didn’t have one. She was very unprofessional and if that was my store she would not be working in it due to the fact she does not know how to treat customers. I understand that they probably have a lot of people trying to get something for nothing. But those of us that are honest working people trying to feed a family can’t get treated with any dignity or respect it’s pathetic!!!!! Save your troubles don’t go to this place if you want little Ceasars go to the one on Paul huff pkwy they always have fresh pizzas and they actually care about their customers. I will never make that mistake again!!!!!!!!!

Need to cook the pizzas crust was practically raw! Peporni’s are flimsy not cooked, but the cheese was melted..I’m currently trying to finish cooking it. Wasted money $12.00 & gas to get there, very disappointed!

Is its so hard to cut hot and ready all the way thru? Ots always the hot and readys for me when I go which is at least 2 times a month. Every single time its not cut all the way thru. Its either has to be torn or recut by me…sharpen your pizzachete apply more pressure or do your job better

Did a online order and arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done and it wasn’t, I was told they had just put it in the oven!! Another Lady came in after me and they did the exact same thing to her/her order. And I couldn’t even get the free 2 liter offered on the app bc I didn’t see the offer before I placed my order. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
