I ordered a mushroom and cheese pizza with extra mushrooms and extra cheese and normally it’s all on one side or it seems like they don’t want to do it right however I went in on 7/12/23 and they made my pizza perfect very satisfying so I called in an asked to speak with the manager to let them know that they did a great job. Let them know when they do good people it gets discouraging to only hear complaints

3 orders ahead of mine were all wrong by toppings and types of pizzas . One actually was brought back unsliced. Mine was accurate and delicious but employees were arguing and yelling and many were heard complaining about a coworker who should be wrote up and was getting more hours than them

We live exactly 15 minutes from Sweetwater and Athens and usually order from Sweetwater. We called tonight as their online orders were off and they said they didn’t carry the pretzel crust, which is the whole reason we get little Caesars. So my brilliant husband said to try Athens, and I’m so glad we did! Our order was correct, hot, CUT (like the pizza was actually cut) ready ON TIME. And did I mention correct!?! The young lady greeted me as soon as I walked in the building and asked how she could help me. I was in and out in 2-3 minutes and we will DEFINITELY be ordering from Athens again! Thank you so much for such a great experience and amazing service.

I made an attempt to get hired on by this location. I made my 3p.m. interview and was sent out and told they were to busy and to call the next day to setup another interview. I called and was told they are too busy they will call me back to set it up. I waited two days for no call. I called to try and ask what was going on with this situation and was again met with excuses. I actually got to speak with the regional manager and she too put up a excuse wall and i decided that this was the way that this place is ran and that they are going to treat me this way so i told them i will stop trying to work for them and they can keep their high turnover rate. Do not reccomened anyone to allow their children to work for these people. We need to positivly reienforce the next generations not treat them like doormats.

Very Sad customer service. I ordered the pizza online. I got a email that said it was ready at 7:54. I went to pickup and waited till 8:30 for them to complete the 1 pizza order. They seemed very unorganized. Time for new management or something…

Ordered a light sauce extra most bestest cheese. They messed it up and put pepperoni on it not once but two times. When I called it it they said 15 minutes. It took one hour.

Today the has the best pizza here 5-13-2023 I actually called the store to speak with Manager on duty this place has done a 360 great job somebody knows how to treat customers and make a great Little Caesars pizza !!! Now that,s what pizza should taste like and the bottom are not like cornbread anymore keep up great jobs definitely will be back and will tell everyone in Athens that,s there is people making great pizza,s again Best in town Congratulations.

They didn’t get my order right I ordered 2 supreme thin crust and 1 pepperoni and sausage thin crust and they gave me 2 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni and sausage and their thick crust I never order thick crust and I called them and they hung up on me and now they won’t even answer the phone that is rude as hell

I always call my order in so it will be fresh and because I ask for something special, it’s still ready in less than 15 minutes. Mostly all staff members are kind and friendly. I get my money’s worth as well.
