Never choose delivery, the company nor door dash care if you receive what you PAY for, online they advised pineapple Pepsi. Which is the only reason I ordered from here. Also received crazy bread with no sauce . I didn’t receive any garlic butter sauce. A total of 7 items purchased. I only received 2, in which I called the store. The manger told me well I gave the driver the one sauce . I’ll never order for delivery anywhere……… I hope this comment helps you to avoid this same situation

The manager and the guy with dreads are con artist! I come here 3x a week and never had any issues until they came out with the extra cheese and pepperoni hot and ready pizza. On 2 occasions I came to this location and they said I have to wait 15 minutes until the hot and ready regular pepperoni pizza is done because it’s no longer ‘HOT AND READY’. The 8.95 pizza is only hot and ready! I come for the HOT AND READY $7.56 pizza (they went up on the price $2.00 within the last few months and their pizza ain’t that damn good) I rather spend my money with Papa Johns than this place. When I got home my pizza was a regular pepperoni pizza, there wasn’t any extra cheese or pepperoni, they basically charged me almost $10 for a regular pepperoni pizza. Scammers!!!! I will never come back here and I will report this location, hope they get shut down!!!

Why do you have to wait 15 mins for pizza that’s advertised as “Hot&Ready”? How come a pepperoni pizza take 15 mins? This location is ridiculous and always a long wait and the employees seam to get more and more ghetto. Like yeah I love the chick who deals with food playing with her hair telling me I got to wait 15 mins for something advertised as “Hot&Ready” during dinner time. Place is trash and has been for a while.

WAIT!!! DO NOT GO HERE TAKE YOUR Business SOME WHERE ELSE I ordered a hot and ready pizza with bread stick I arrive home and my pizza was cool with a little warmth mind you I live 5 minutes away. I Finally get home and get a slice of pizza, and breadsticks. THE CRUST ON THE PIZZA WAS EXTREMELY HARD AND MY BREAD STICKS LOOK LIKE SCHOOL BREADSTICKS. Do not, do not, do not come here!. Recently when I went to “try” get my food, I had the most disrespectful, horrific customer service ever!. The employees on March 11, 2023, is trifling and the food people ate there, I had to literally pray for them, before I left the premises. Lord is the reason I went inside to see how it’s ran, because I never seen how it’s ran inside!. Trifling and Nasty!. How this place on Dickerson Rd open like the one in Madison, TN, is absolutely beyond me!. They need to be shut down!!!. Little Caesars, just need to be opened in a high class area only!. It’ll be worth to even raise the price of course too, in a high class area!.

I have received the wrong order more than twice and when using the drive-thru, I was directed to pull forward as someone would bring my order out but after sitting for over 30min, I went inside to get an update on my order and to my surprise, I had been forgotten about.

This location is a joke. I called 10 times to place an order no answer. Get to the location to place an order inside and the employees ignore all the the customer airing in line, when they finally help a customer they give him the wrong order and want him to bring it back inside?! The card reader is Kate and dust grease and who knows what else I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like this place needs shut down.
