I ordered online and tried to pick up my pizza at the portal like you are supposed to but the front door was locked and it was only 8:50pm they close at 10pm. They won’t let you in they instead make the customer stand outside while they go search for your pizza. I don’t like that the perception it gives is a negative one. Either they are extremely understaffed or the crime is so bad they have to operate that way. Either way this location is tarnishing the little Caesars name more than it has been in the past. What if I wasn’t an online order customer and just went to this location to order and pick up a hot and ready pizza? Would have been more difficult on your customer.

I’ve always had friendly associates help me. The only time I’ve had to wait is during prime time, and that was only twice in eight years. We usually go earlier, and pizzas and cheesy bread is always handed out the door within moments of paying. The associates can’t control the rising prices. I feel bad for those who have had a negative experience, I’ve always had great and efficient times 🙂

Rude employees, my order constantly has to be made several times to be correct. Won’t do custom orders. Place is also extremely slow on making orders. If I can give this place a -5 star review I would absolutely worst place to go. Oh and employees like to sit on their phones and text while their taking your order and don’t even listen to you and you have to repeat your self.

the girl at the window was very quick to rush us. and the girl that brought us out food tried arguing with us about the sauces that we paid for and when she brought us more she said here you go i think you got some free extra ones but we didn’t have any to begin with. half of the staff also seemed like they were on something.

ZERO STARSSSSS! This is what I got when I order from the website I called little ceaser store they said it nothing they can do and hung up on me so then I called the customer service number and they said a supervisor will follow up with me && they never did! They will never get my money ever again!

The lady that took my order was very friendly. But I ordered a hot n ready. The only part of that that was correct was the ready part. Pizza is not hot and looks to be several hours old. You can see how dried the cheese is and not melted it is in the photo, there for it is not hot. Pretty dissatisfied. Was looking forward to trying this new pizza they put out with the mozzarella. Good thing I got crazy bread and a mountain dew.
