Ordered a pizza via the app for drive thru pickup. The app said the pizza was ready so I went to the drive up window. I said I was here to pick up an order for (my name). Was promptly told I’ll have to come inside. I asked why, was told it was the manager’s policy and I’m holding up the line and she mentioned they don’t do doordash delivery orders at the window. I’m in my work clothes, a dirty ball cap, safety glasses, and a shirt with my company name and a id badge…. definitely not dressed for doordash. After going round and round telling them I ordered online, for me, for drive thru, and it’s paid for, I finally got my pizza. I place this squarely on the shoulders of a bad manager and a bad/unclear policy. Little Ceasars manager, get it sorted out. In the meantime, I’m deleting the app.

Worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to. The place is ran by children. One time I went and all of the kids from the back responsible for making the pizzas left the young lady at the register by herself. They proceeded out to their cars (probably paid for by their parents) and began reving their engines. After about 10 minutes they went back inside. Tonight the pizza we received was cut so bad, one of the pizzas was no longer than 2” in length, at best. They need new management.

This is the worst little Ceasars I’ve ever been too. Multiple times I have to drive back because they keep forgetting things off my order. The one time I ordered Wing THEY TOOK THEM BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW to add sauce. When I informed them that against health code violations they argued with me. this time I worded online and they forgot the wings again so I went inside they told me they didn’t have any thawed so they’d have to give me a refund. I will not go to this one EVER again

Pulled up, open sign was on, lady standing in the window just staring at me so I started staring back at her, opened the window still continues staring at me…. I said are you open she said no we’re closed… I said your signs on she slammed the window and continued staring at me! I wish I was some preppy high school chick who felt like making my own hours and doing whatever I wanted and plan to make it in the world! It’s Little Caesars, so you kind of expect inconsistent food and uncaring employees and that’s pretty much what you get. Food isn’t bad most of the time, but the toppings are always inconsistent and the dough is usually bubbled.

Been here a hundred times over the years, and I’ve seen it decline in service.. food is still as delicious and affordable as ever, so I hesitate to post anything too negative. However, having to wait over an hour in the pick up window line, even after calling in my order 30 minutes prior… then they didn’t find my order and gave me another order in its place… management is not good at this location, service is seriously lacking, but the food is great. Mixed (and frustrating) bag.

Pizza is what you expect from LC. The problem is that they are perpetually understaffed. I understand it’s tough to find people to work, but customers of this location should know to plan for an extra 15 to 30 minutes of wait time even when ordering far in advance. Hopefully, they’ll be able to staff back up and get to their prevous service levels soon.
