Little ceasars is a great little pizza place to get pizza and not pay an arm an leg. I like to stop in and get the kids pizza once every two or three weeks when I don’t feel like cooking that night or it’s a late dinner. Also, saves on messing up dishes so we get paper plates. Doing this makes it quick and easy and tastes great. My only complaint an reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is getting wings, because they come in plastic bowels which holds the heat from the wings in an causes condensation so the wings get soggy. If they would switch to paper owls or trays that would help with that an also be better for recycling just an idea Thanks.,

Pizza was hot and delicious. I love the thin crust. The cashier was lacking in personality, but I find that in a lot of young people working in the public these days.

We ordered two pizzas, One deep dish and one regular sausage pizza. The only thing I’ve ever liked has been the deep dish. They’ve always been consistently pretty good with some variation. The one I got from this location has taken the prize for the worst deep dish I’ve ever had. The crust was barely crisped on the edges and looked thrown together. They literally closed the box on the pizza. The dough on the regular sausage pizza was also underdone. Severely disappointed in what we got from this particular location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Today there was a very long wait in the store with no communication about why and an individual at the register that only said “food is in the oven”. This cashier person was unwilling to address the issue even though there were no other customers in the store. I asked the cashier person if there was a manager in the store, the answer was ” there is a peron in charge here” . I asked the cashier person to get the in charge person to come up to the front and address the issue, and the in charge person never addressed the issue either. The pizza took almost 30 min because the order was not put in correctly and had to be made again. The staff person who brought the pizza to the front counter was nice and apologized with an expanation. I understand this happens but I also understand the importance of customer service includes letting me know this. Instead of letting me stand there and wait. Im REALLY disappointed in this location. I do not know if anyone else has had this experience, but just being a teenage cashier is no excuse for lack of attention to customer issues. That is what training is for.

Crazy Bread was ghosty and soggy. Not sure what the extra wait was for but 10 minutes after pickup time the pizza was nearly cold when it was handed to me. Pizza itself wasn’t very good, but besides being lukewarm I don’t fault this store for that.

I ordered through door dash and I didn’t get all of my order. And I asked for crazy bread they didn’t have the sauce and they put a clump of bread in the bag.My cheese pizza is super dark. Y’all need to get it together.

My last visit wasn’t the best. I walked in and there was nothing ready. The gentleman in front of me got a hot and ready pizza, but he didn’t have enough money. He told the cashier he would be right back. She set the pizza to the side. I was told there would be about a 15 minute wait… ok, no big deal. 20 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready and they tried to give me the pizza that was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. I told them I’d rather wait for a fresh one. 5 minutes later, I got a fresh pizza, but it was still raw in the middle. The dough wasn’t cooked through and the toppings slid off because of this. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I called a to go order Pizza not fresh half *ssed I had to cut it with my pizza cutter at home all 6 boxes. (No one said “hello can I help you? All of them were standing around talking acting “busy”) I sat in a chair until I thought I bet my pizzas are done by now then before she could go back to the back I asked if my order was ready. I thought lil ceasars was supposed to be hot n ready they had nothing hot and nothing ready. Some of the customers were okay with waiting 15 min. For a pizza and some of them were like I’ll just take what you have ready. Good thing i did a take out order. Its kinda a idgaf vibe there its sad honestly it used to be fast and easy
